Cosy and homely and very clean, the best sleep i have had yet in Thailand. Friendly owner. All the facilities you need are available you can hire your bikes or mopeds here which are a must for the area,the laundry was free also.

Our group of three stayed here for one night, and it was great. The owner was very friendly and organised a tuktuk for us to visit all the temples at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Ayutthaya!

We walked from the train station which was convenient (albeit up and over a high bridge). The accommodation is modern, clean and there is plenty of room outside the bedrooms to hang out, enjoy a drink and play with one of the cats (they’re nice cats, not stray or dirty ones). Rooms have been recently renovated and they have a good size fridge, roomy bathroom, AC, microwave and kettle. It’s also only a short walk to 7/11 or Tesco Lotus and local restaurants. Lots of handy information to keep you busy for the duration of your stay and bike for hire.

Excellent price-quality offer. Place equipped with every comfort with private shower and comfortable beds. Very kind and helpful staff for any request. Typical restaurants nearby, seven eleven and all sorts of outlets. For those who want to take a boat ride to visit the most important and ancient temples, the staff will provide you with a shuttle to get to the boat with an attached ticket. Don't miss this magnificent guesthouse, I recommend it to everyone

This is a very comfortable place with a reasonable price, friendly english speaking staff, cosy looking, very clean and quiet. It is located near the ancient heritage city and the modern market place, and the night food market. There are free bicycles and drinking water. All rooms have kitchenette and necessary supplies. They have family rooms of large size and double, triple rooms.
