Arrived here late, decided to stay somewhere near airport for my flight the following morning. I like to think I'm a very fair reviewer (check out my other reviews) so hopefully the below provides an accurate reflection. 1. There is no way on earth this is a 4* hotel, 2* at best 2. The pictures on here look nothing like the hotel itself - it's dark and not very clean. I didn't get chance to see the pool but assume that equally isn't great. 3. Hotel is located down a narrow dodgy alley, being a solo traveller and as it was dark I felt very uncomfortable as soon as I arrived 4. The lady on reception demanded to keep my passport as deposit, this made me feel uneasy especially as I had a flight the next day 5. Seemed like I was the only person in the hotel so creeped me out even more 6. Normally I use trip advisor reviews to help me decide where to stay, this time I (very stupidly) didn't and got another shock when I read the reviews on here! 7. They try and get money out of you for anything. They charge 150 baht for a taxi to the airport. Basically - you pay them 150 baht, they then flag down a taxi and give the metered driver 100 (and keep 50 for themselves). The taxi driver had to run the meter and it came to 80 baht!) 8. Overall after 10 minutes in the room I decided I'd feel more comfortable sleeping at the airport so went back downstairs to find the lady on reception asleep... 9. Got to the airport and luckily found 'Boxtel' - some pods down in the ground floor of the airport where you pay by the hour. So clean and comfy and as a solo traveller it was perfect. Overall I really wouldn't advise staying here. If you need to be close to the airport for a morning flight then I recommend either Novotel which is connected to the airport (albeit expensive) or Boxtel if you are a solo traveller.

When i arrive reception tell me you cant pay usd dolar wich is i book as usd dolar and i give all my baht and they ask for 500 baht for deposite for room key and i said i need change money i dont have bath reception said well i keep your passport bring 500 baht and take it then next morning i go down ask can i pay restorant as dolar i need eat they said no then i ask call me taxi i go change money reception said just go neer road and wave your hand they stop and i ask where is bank i can change money she write me down adress and i take taxi and go bank and they said we need your passport or we cant change your money then ofcourse i dont have enough money for taxi because they olso want bath no dolar i go back hotel and get my passport and paid taxi 600 baht and reception know that i need my passport for chnaging money from any place but they didnt care amd she lauged me .room was alll ants when you sleep it go into my ear . hot water is only one pipe you cabt adjust water because only one tap and you have to shower whatewer temprature it come out . there is meybe 100 no smoking sing but room was smoke heavy smoke . and end of the stey i left room 12 as cheekout time and i ask my plane is at 6 pm can i stey at loby till 3 and they said NO only 1 hour then you need leave loby or pay 100 baht per hour and keep room so they dont let me sit at loby 3 hour and i sit 1 hour and loby was so hot and reception turn on fan and face it to herself but not customer . so it was awfull no friendly no clean and wery stupid .

It’s a froud! Everything disgusting! We stayed in the room 30 minuets and we turned back. Don’t book this hotel! Also is very hard to find because very hidden and the staff extremely rude and unhelpful. I think is a shame that those people have hotel called (4 star) someone need to do something in Thailand for stop this froud!

I’m copy and pasting the same review I posted on booking.com in case they won’t post it. This hotel is nothing like it is advertised. I have reported this to booking.com so I am hoping that the hotel is forced to update its photos. The pictures used to advertise the hotel must have been taken years ago. It is nothing like it shows in the pictures. We stayed here for part of 2 days due to strange flight schedules. We flew in late the first night checking in around 2 am and had to fly out the next night around 11pm. We had hoped to book a nice hotel close to the airport where we could relax in our room, by the pool and possibly get a workout in before leaving Thailand for our long flights home. We live in Canada and had 33 hours of travel to get home. This seemed like the perfect place to relax and hopefully get some sleep before flying out. This hotel is run down and absolutely disgusting. We checked into the hotel at 2 am. We were exhausted and although we noticed the room wasn’t as clean as we expected, we quickly passed out planning to deal with it in the morning. Upon waking up, we really started to notice what was wrong with the hotel. The room itself was filthy. There were stains all over our sheets, water damage everywhere, black mold in the bathroom, the toilet was dirty and leaking all over the floor, light switches were visibly dirty, the bed was as hard as sleeping on a board, the ac made a loud ticking noise throughout the night and the room was infested with what we think might be termites. The bugs were small and crawling, there were hundreds of them, mostly crawling around the wet and rotten wood near the bathroom door but they were also more sparsely crawling in other areas of the room as well. We looked out the window and noticed the pool area. It was completely destroyed, it clearly hadn’t been used in years. The area around the pool was tore up and the pool itself was filled with dirty rain water. The sun bathing area the hotel advertises was filled with random discarded items. There was no fitness room as was advertised either. We did see a treadmill and bike that were shoved in a corner behind what looked like it used to be an in hotel restaurant. I first contacted booking.com to ask if there was anything they could do about the false advertising of this property. I wasn’t worried about being reimbursed for my stay but I wanted to get out of the second night I booked so we could go somewhere else. At this point we only had another 12 hours until we flew out so we knew we wouldn’t have another full night here but didn’t want to relax in this bug infested room before our flight. Hotel staff told booking.com that there was nothing they could do because they hadn’t heard a complaint from us directly. They did offer to switch our room to another room but that still wouldn’t make up for the lack of pool and dirty facilities. I sent pictures and a video of the bugs to booking.com to see if they could make the hotel update the pictures and hotel descriptions online. I didn’t receive a response from them so I was quite disappointed about the way that was handled. The price we paid for the hotel was quite cheap and at times that is all you want from a hotel, somewhere cheap to stay if you won’t be in the room for long. This was not what we wanted out of the hotel though and would have stayed somewhere else for what we wanted out of this particular stay.

We do NOT recommend staying here. We booked this hotel as a 1-night stay for convenience in location to the airport since we arrived to Bangkok around midnight and were flying out again at noon the next day. For this, and this reason only, the hotel was what we needed it to be - a cheap bed for the night only 10 minutes from the airport. I do not recommend this for anything else. Upon arriving at the hotel, it is down a strange alleyway that made me feel uncomfortable. We arrived in the middle of the night which probably only added to that, but even as we approached the hotel it was hard to tell if it was open. It was not well-lit and the lobby looks nothing like what is pictured here on TripAdvisor. Happy to find someone at the front desk, she checked us in but explained we needed to give 500 Baht deposit for the hotel to hold for security that you get back when checking out. Thank goodness we had already exchanged some money before leaving the airport because they do not accept anything else! This should be told to you at time of booking and/or in the confirmation email. A gentleman escorted us up to our room and turned on the air conditioning for us. The room was minimal and not clean. There was hair in corners and on the room phone, and small bugs in the bathroom. The bed and pillows thankfully seemed okay, but they were extremely hard. Not comfortable - but again, a place to lay our head for the night. There was a small refrigerator and they provided 2 bottles of water. The shower is just a shower head in the bathroom - literally. The toilet was was gross and any time I sat to use it, the cover would fall down and hit my back! We woke early the next morning to fit in breakfast. The breakfast was fine. Pretty average, nothing special. Cost was fair. When we got back to room to pack up, we noticed some spots on the bed. Suddenly, a loud clunking noise came from the air conditioner and chunks of (what we think were) ice came flying out of the AC and landing on the bed underneath! All I can say is thank goodness this did not happen while were actually in the bed! Didn't have a chance to mention to the staff since we were on our way out, but this is NOT OK! Front desk was able to hail a taxi for us by walking out of alley to a main corner as we followed with our bags. Overall, avoid this place if you can.
