It is very recommended to stay in this hotel. The staffs are very helpful even helping us translate English to Thai because a lot of taxi drivers do not understand English. Despite the fact that it is without breakfast, but they always provide bananas, crackers, bread with jam and ovaltine in the morning. In addition, our room is very spacious and clean. Will surely come back to Leela.

Cuma ga aman kalau untuk five person harus ngumpet dulu, kalau ketahuan five person walaupun 2kamar nanti di cas loh.. memang rese ya di sana ga kayak hotel indonesia baek2.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, berdekatan dengan pusat perbelanjaan Platinum Mall dan tidak jauh dari hotel tersedia minimarket. Kamar cukup luas dan nyaman. Cocok untuk travelers yang berniat untuk berbelanja.

The staff especially the female receptionists were so arrogant and no respects to us! I lost my small bag in their hotel. I was so sure that i left it in the bathroom. And the way they responded it was so rude and seems like no effort to help me. The rooms are good and clean but A BIG NO FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEANING SERVICE! And their english wasn’t really fluent, hard to communicate! Be careful guys!

Letaknya strategis, kamar super bersih, lobby ok, pelayanan ok, hanya saja akses masuknya di atas plaza yg sudah sepi bgt jadi terasa kurang ok. Tapi free snack di lobby itu good value.

Lelaa orchid hotel lokasinya strategis sekali di pratunam,ke platinum fashion mall tinggal nyebrang,ke big C supercenter bisa jalan kaki..hotel dan kamar bagus bersih

Tempat strategis.. dekat hotel banyak makanan.. dekat dengan pusat belanja.. dengan berjalan kaki bisa ke central world.. dekat kemana2... hotelnya juga bersih.. kamarnya juga cukup luas.. interiorny termasuk msh baru dan terawat.. karna letak hotelnya pinggir jalan jdi mudah mencarinya.. lobby hotel di lantai 2.. lantai 1 nya toko2 baju .. pagi2 sudah banyak yang berjualan didekat hotel.. malam pun tetap ramai.. pasti sya akan menginap disna lagi...

Intially would like to stay for 3nights but hotel is full. Manage to stay only 1 night and I wish to return everytime i come to Bangkok in future.
We are so impressed that Hotel staff manage to decorate our room as we put remark for celebration. We felt so warm!
Room is very big, new and bathroom is bigger than what you expected. Located above a shopping mall but it is safe at main road. You can easily walk down for a massage and back to room for rest at night.
Free flow of drinks and cookies if you want. This can save alot of cost by buying water at 711. Free fruits and steam bun at 7am to 10am is a added value.
Easily go to pratunam, platinum mall, Big C and everything in Pratunam area.
Strongly recommend and I will definetely come back.

Great Hotel! It was located near to Krung Thong Plaza and Platinum mall! 2 7-11s nearby and at least 3-4 massage places to choose from. There was a MacDonald's nearby too. Staff was pleasant. Hotel room was clean and spacious!

A very clean hotel. Considered a very good location for a budget hotel. It seems like the hotel is secluded but actually is not. Nearby below the hotel. Almost everything is there. 7-11, street food, and accessory shops are there.
Take note, they have washing machine. But no dryer.

Very clean, comfortable and great location. It has everything you need, plus the staff is friendly and helpful. It would be perfect if they provide breakfast as the restaurants and food courts don't open till 10 or 11. However, they do supply white bread, jam and bananas for light breakfast which might suit some people.
