(+) : fairly clean, Chris and Sis very kind, helpful, location is quite good, but definitely need a bicycle. (-) : social area has no AC, kitchen very small, all services are overpriced (laundry, bicycle rent, programs). Light isolation in ladies dorm really bad, can only sleep with mask. You have to climb to 4th floor.. I booked bus ticket with Chris, the owner, which he promised as a VIP bus, food, drink included for 520 thb. I googled, the bus fare was 310 thb, but Impossible to book online. Finally I booked through the hostel. He dropped me at the highway bus station and somehow I felt, not only out of favour. He gave me the bus ticket in the last moment, where I could clearly see the price 338 thb. So I paid almost 200 thb for agency fee and private transport. Arriving the day before from the highway I knew the songtheaw is 10 thb, same distance. I felt really bad, as paid the amount of one more night of accomodation.. Other than this, the bus was the normal government (sh*tty) one, where we were given a water and a muffin. I asked for front seat, as I know there is plenty  of space there in the VIP buses... Unlike this bus, where there is the door, so not enough room for my legs for the 6 hr ride... A local should know this... This is what I call tourist scam... Chris, you should stop this practice and be transparent with your customers! Oh, I almost forgot: when I tried to check in, he showed me the house rules: age limit between 18-33... W*f??!? This is rude and discriminating. He said no problem, I can stay (most probably I passed face control..), but I have to cancel my booking. I asked him to cancel it from his side, but he refused and insisted me cancelling it, waiving for no penalty... Other that I met nice people (which is not the effort of the place) I regret having stayed here because of being scammed and not being respected..

Bed was comfy. Location was walking distance to the tourist attracts. I was very disheartened to know that you DO have to be between the age range of 18-35 to stay at the hostel. I would recommend a stay here for a night or 2 but here's a heads up: If you don't have your own lock =50 baht purchase for one at the front desk. - Towel charge= 20 baht -Key Deposit =100 baht -Bike Rental =70 baht a day

Stayed two nights, on a side trip from Bangkok in order to see the sights. From check in both the owner and his sister were nothing but friendly, helpful and approachable. He was able to recommend a good route around all the ruins and answer any and all questions. They also organise a reasonably priced boat tour to see some of the harder to reach places. Location is good, short 60baht tuk tuk drive from the station and a short walk to the main sights. There is also a night Market just up the road for food in the evening. The hostel itself has a calm and friendly atmosphere. There is plenty of living space with beanbags, sofas and a TV for everyone to use. Drinks can be bought from reception if needed. Beds are comfortable, with good ac in addition to wall mounted fans. Bathrooms are clean and showers are decent. Would highly recommend this hostel if you're in the area.

Pros- excellent location, easy cycling distance from the national park. Short walk to street food, close to night markets with great food. Close to 7/11 and banks. Modern style building, very clean inside with two communal areas. Very secure, key card needed to enter up to rooms and front door of the building. Double private room was small but all we needed. A/C, towels, fridge and beside shared showers/bathrooms. Quiet spot but very friendly, especially the owner. We booked our bus to Sukhothai there, he drove us to bustop and gave us Pepsi and rice snacks for the journey. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Cons: none. Would definitely stay again!

Night market and the ruin area just a quick walk away, the position is good. AC is running during night time and beds are comfy. This place also includes a lot of space to olan your routes etc. Guy at the reception is wondeful. I have no complaints whatsoever about this place and highly recommend to try it.
