The Hotel is new and they are still finishing it up, but it was clean, good size room, WiFi and breakfast all for a very good price. Apx 20 minutes away from airport ( if leaving 7 am) . It might be a little too sterile.

To stay at a hotel that is self titled Luxury its really a long way from Luxury that I would expect from paying a little over 2500 baht a day, example I could stay at the Landmark for 500 less. Food provided could be likened to prison food it obviously prepared off site as it generally cold or at best lukewarm and terrible in the end I stopped ordering. On top of the 2500 a day you are expected to pay for your own coffee tea milk sugar etc. Makes you appreciate hospital food which by comparison would be 5 star compared to the crap served up here. Watch yourself in the shower there are no mixers mine was scalding hot I managed to find a switch outside the room to lower the temp. The entertainment IE TV you get 5 channels 1 is a movie channel with the worst movies of all time made for viewing, so make sure you load up on movies or watch a lot of You tube. The rooms are in a little state of disrepair bad paint work bad repairs bad workmanship poor lighting in the bathroom. So O2 luxury don't think so I'd suggest removing luxury, the photos of the room I thought I was getting differ greatly from what I actually got. Of interest they even provide what looks like prison clothes to wear while your not enjoying your stay here. Not the worst Hotel I've stayed at but very close but in terms of value for money this is absolutely the worst stay away from this crap hole. Messages come through line app don't bother asking a question about anything at all because it wont get answered.

Firstly I have to say that its good to arrive anywhere after the 23 hours of travel from Italy via Holland thru' the lengthy but polite, well organized and supportive arrivals procedure at Suvarnabhumi airport. I selected this hotel because of both the cost and space benefits. At the time of writing I believe that this is a good value for money proposition out of the many choices that I evaluated. Arriving here you will be welcomed by the 6th and final document and/or medical check point in the long process that begins at check in in the country of boarding. One is informed politely of the rules for a happy stay. They are fair and sensible. Thailand has done a better job than many Western countries in managing this outbreak and protecting all its people and visitors. You should come prepared with books, magazines, crossword, hobbies and films or subscriptions to films. It will help to pass the time faster. Space is also important unless you are a full time meditator. The delux room is large with very basic quality TV channels, good wi fi, and its well prepared to host you in quarantine. You will feel more like a clinic patient than a client but then these are the times. The room I selected is pleasant enough with a small balcony overlooking another block where residents in the opposite block can be seen looking at other residents or ruefully at the 9 floors below. The room has plenty of bottles of water, tea and coffee sets and is well thought out to meet any arrival and all shower amenities needed are prepared . Shower is great and the bathroom spacious. The residence staff are very responsive and provide you with access to 7/11 and other services. Bear in mind that government regulations prohibit unlimited access to external vendors and sadly to alcohol. That makes good sense as the last thing anyone needs are frustrated intoxicated residents clamoring for freedom whilst under the influence. The room is not cleaned for 6 days for safety reasons so you just have to be a good boy or girl and manage your space until the first PCR swab is over. Thereafter you may access the relaxation area on the roof top and stretch your legs pre booking for 45 mins each time.. Food is provided three times a day and the first week it was very good: I enjoyed it. They cater for vegetarians and the food was tasty, varied, balanced and healthy. The desserts are also really good. But in week two it tasted as if cost cutting measures were in place sine the quality/variety took a little dive. Staff via phone or the nurses on 24/7 standby are very kind and responsive. If you have any ailment the nursing staff (via line) will help you through a Doctor if needed. Medicine costs are separate but they would be in any case. Temperature needs to be submitted twice daily via line app: thermometer and gel are provided. In conclusion: if you are traveling to Thailand for a minimum of 45 days and over, it does make sense in order to enjoy a safe holiday with the many incredibly beautiful and uncrowded spots that Thailand offers today. But come prepared and bring plenty of snacks in your luggage from home. I live in and love Thailand. For me it was worth the investment.

We only stayed one night as our next flight was early the next day. Rooms and hotel is just fine, maybe a bit small. Bed was certainly alot smaller than you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Staff was wonderful, without any doubt, very kind and welcoming. All in all I would say this hotel is closeer to a 4 star hotel, but no complaints about staff, cleanliness, food, restaurant or the hotel itself :)

I measured with a measuring tape the room in O2 Luxury Hotel. And calculated that rooms are NOT 40sqm. like advertised! They advertise that Deluxe room is 40sqm., in fact, the dimensions are as follows: Living room: 23sqm, shower and toilet: 5sqm and balcony: 5,75sqm. Even with the balcony it is all together: 33,75sqm. Without balcony it is only 28sqm., it is 12sqm less than advertised. 🙁 Other things: Balcony: In delux room side of the building you can not see the sun on your balcony. For relaxing and sitting on the balcony you have only one metallic chair. Also there is lots of mosquitoes flying around on the feet level. Main living room: Main living room has a two 120cm beds of which only one is made. 42inch TV, small fridge, microwave and kettle. In room they have LED strip lighting solution and it is not good for reading books, because it will affect the eyes later. If you use a light, the noise of the cooling ventilation next to the door in the cabinet will be made by the LED power supply. If you want to use a microwave oven, computer, TV box, etc. at the same time, bring an extension cord. At the first they provide you 16bottles 1,5litre drinking water. If you exceed that then you need to pay 20bat per extra bottle. also they provide you at frist 2 small bottles of local coke, 3 small packages of snacks, and about 20packs of instant coffee and 10 packs of black tea. 3 times per day they provide food and that´s ok. The portions are a bit small but you don't move much either. if this ASQ hotel had paid 28000baht, I would have understood, but for 38000baht the quality of service is too low and the room too small. For this money i can get in Phuket small 1 bedroom house with garden in Rawai area now for 4 months and I would have 2,000 baht left over for the meal.
