In all fairness, our bungalow was very clean, and the lady who cleaned them was absolutely lovely: really hard working, helpful, friendly and sweet.
However, I wouldn’t describe this accommodation as ‘being on the beach front’ as it suggests on some booking websites. Granted, it is fairly near, but we could not see the sea from our bungalow and it was a bit of a walk through mangrove roots to get to the beach, which had no amenities. Also, in photos on booking websites, you can see views of the bungalows but our view out from our bungalow wasn’t so manicured.
Ok, we could live with that.
Least impressive were our dealings with whom we suppose was the owner of the properties, over the phone when we arrived. No hellos, or welcome, just ‘you pay this much’. In her rush to collect the cash from us, via her employees (or a couple of sweet but random kids who didn’t really seem to know what was going on) it seems she forgot that she is in the hospitality business, and this left us feeling a bit flat.
