Petals Inn

Our first room at Petals Inn were crawling with cockroaches and little bugs. After trying to get rid of a few myself, more and more kept appearing so we asked to move. The second room we had smelt very damp and like sewer. Due to the room being smaller than what we paid for we were upgraded. The third room was fine, clean but with the sewer smell again. We were told that this was because the extractor fan hadn’t been on but the smell never really disappeared. The room was a good size, facing the main road. You could hear music until 4am but this did not bother us. Unfortunately the air conditioning leaked, even though this was apparently fixed, it continued to leak. I personally wouldn’t stay here again but there was good transport links with the Sky Train and the Metro.

i have been staying at petals inn since they open,i have stayed all over in 16 yrs. the filipino man at rec. paul does a good job and is very kind.this trip i wake up late to find 4 room cleaners at my door laying on floor looking at their cell phones i smile and greet them and ask that they clean my room,they agree,i come back in 1 hour it is not cleaned, i call paul and he says the cleaners say i did not ask them which is a lie,i go down to lobby and on way see 2 more workers and ask them to clean they say yes sir right away i thank them at this point i have spoke to 7 people i reach lobby and ask paul to make sure room is clean he says no problem,i go out for 1.5 hrs. i come back still not clean,paul apologizes and says that the 2 men i spoke with said they had cleaned room. i will never stay here again and if you dont mind being treated like this and lied to i would not stay here either.

Happy to stay in hotel petals inn,love those respectable and helping staffs of the hotel,very easy to have food since the hotel has attached restaurant with reasonable price! Cleanliness and peace are the highlights of the hotel,I'm so grateful for my stay over there! Will surely stay there in my future visit to Bangkok:) Very close to public transportation (bts and metro)& taxi meter /tuk tuk! Centre of the party city@Sukhumvit soi 4! Thank you Thailand for so welcoming!

Located in soi 4; close to bars and nightlife, Check in went smooth and room had all amenities which were necessary! Good shower, good safe and no noise at night, excellent for a short stay in Thailand's capital !

Located in a very convenient location for shopping and to all most attractions. Hotel is clean ad tidy. Room service was available when needed. Room was quite comfortable given that I travelled with a friend. Value for money for sure!!
