This place is actually a hotel-motel, and the motel part with its large car park is the busier of the two. My room ((no.412) in the hotel had a comfortable double bed with good light for reading, a small fridge and a flat screen TV with al-Jazeera and Deutsche Welle in English ( and some sports channels in English). There was also a sofa, wardrobe and chairs. There was no safe or kettlle, but the wifi was free and worked well in my room. The whole place was very clean and the bathroom had been renovated not long ago, but the hot water was no more than luke warm. The air conditioning was very good, and there was a small balcony useful for drying clothes.
The hotel is on a quiet street and I slept well. If you turn left from the hotel, there are some small restaurants a few minutes’ walk away, and then if you take the next turn right there is a small supermarket near some banks.
The staff are very friendly but do not speak much English. There is a restaurant near the reception (not serving meals during my visit) with free coffee in the morning.
This place is good value at B600; the only problem was the luke-warm water, but I would stay here again if in the area.
There is not much to see or do here, except for the very good Sirindhorn Dinosaur Museum about 30km North (see separate review). There are some nice mountain views along the road to Sakorn Nakhorn.
