This is a lovely place and was exactly what we wanted. It is a 15 minute walk from Sukhothai Historical Park and they have adult bikes for use too. The room was clean and pleasant and had a large fridge, tv and spacious shower. Breakfast was good for the price; eggs and sausage with some breads/ yoghurts. I would certainly recommend PhiPhu as a place to stay.

Little and new hotel, quiet and calm, with just one floor and few rooms. It gives you the feeling of being in a local house, and the staff is very nice. Even tough they aren’t fluent in English they are always keen to assist you with the help of their phone translator. They offered us free bikes to ride across the town and also help to get a tuk tuk. It’s just a five minutes bike ride away from the Park and downtown Sukhothai.

We had a good size bedroom, very quiet, with efficient AC, plenty of hot water. The bed was a little hard,but good sheets and all immaculately clean. The owner is a very friendly lady,who explained a few things on her giant map: beware, it's not to scale, nor are the official maps! We had free use of bicycles, which was the only way to explore the 3 very large archaeological sites. The place is located on a very quiet, lovely road shaded with huge trees,along the canal of the old Sukhotai. There's quite a few places for drinks or dinner,try the terrace" garden.. something", opposite the museum,great at sunset with cold beers and simple dinner dishes. The only recommendations is to improve breakfast: there's no fresh fruit juice,no real coffee, and we were not offered any choice the first morning, very limited things or fruits. We love Thailand for its fresh fruits and food!

Pros: The friendliness of the staff (though I arrived quite late, after the check in time), the cleanliness of the room and hence a really good value for money. Good Breakfast. The hotel contains also different statues and artworks which make the entrance room really pleasant. Cons: English speaking staff would be an asset, even if we managed to communicate through a translating app.

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel très bien tenu le long des remparts sud de Old Sukhothai. La décoration est soignée, l'hôtel fait aussi gallerie d'art et les objets à vendre décorent les parties communes. Le lieu a du charme et une âme. Grandes chambres très propres et confortables conformes aux photos. Eau chaude pour la douche uniquement. Très calme à part les bruits de la campagne (coqs, oiseaux, etc). Très bon petit déjeuner différent chaque jour. Prêt de vélos permettant de rejoindre facilement la rue principale et les sites historiques. Lieu de séjour idéal à l'excellent rapport qualitié prix.
