We had a good size bedroom, very quiet, with efficient AC, plenty of hot water.
The bed was a little hard, but good sheets and all immaculately clean.
The owner is a very friendly lady, who explained a few things on her giant map: beware, it's not to scale, nor are the official maps!
We had free use of bicycles, which was the only way to explore the 3 very large archaeological sites.
The place is located on a very quiet, lovely road shaded with huge trees, along the canal of the old Sukhotai.
There's quite a few places for drinks or dinner, try the terrace" garden.. something", opposite the museum, great at sunset with cold beers and simple dinner dishes.
The only recommendations is to improve breakfast: there's no fresh fruit juice,no real coffee, and we were not offered any choice the first morning, very limited things or fruits.
We love Thailand for its fresh fruits and food!
