This place is absolutely amazing. It boasts a peaceful street, spacious and impeccably clean dorms, and is conveniently located near the botanic garden and the night market. The owner exudes kindness and helpfulness to visitors. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment, which i will definitely return on every occasion ill be passing through chiang mai.

Excellent value. Strategic location, peaceful street just next to the old towns south. Many good cafes are within walking distance. The bed is comfortable and has everything you need in the room, which is brand new. I stayed in a small but comfortable private room. There is only one thing that i complained about was that there wasnt erecting resembling any table for me to sit and work. Really kind owner.

The only drawback was that the rooms walls were extremely thin, allowing for all the noises from outside to be heard. However, with earplugs, we were able to sleep soundly. We spent five nights at the hotel. The room was contemporary and spotless, equipped with air conditioning and a refrigerator. It was cozy and clean on the bed. Both the shower and the wifi worked well in the room. There was warm water in our shower, which provided ample warmth.

I cant express how much i love this property! Its conveniently located in the center of Chang mai, making it ideal for backpackers and conveniently close to everything! The rooms are immaculate in terms of cleanliness - just let the pictures speak for themselves.

The location is 5 minutes from nong buak haad public park and the center of the old city. The rooms have separate showers and toilets, and they are airconditioned. Beds are comfortable and large for a couple. There is also tavern in the front garden where you can sit to wait for your taxi ride or if your partner has your room key and gone shopping. We paid 850 bhat per night. I recommend freedom yoga which is next to the park with dropin sessions for 350 baht. Prims kitchen is directly across the street. They serve delicious thai food, falafel and salad tapas bowls as well as fresh juices. Main courses start at 40 k h. Plus coco mango for their vegan coconut ice cream, sticky rice,and mango cups for 100 kutu.

The room was spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Despite the language barrier, the receptionists were friendly. Close to the airport and 15 minutes from the heart of chiang mai.

The host was very helpful in planning trips and booking a bus to pay. The location is good, the owner is very accommodating in organizing trips as well as booking buses to Pai. Would stay again!.
