I have stayed in ricos several times. The staff is decent and polite. Rooms are very clean. I just didnt visit their new strawberry bar. Will go soon. Everyone should stay here. Give it a try. Nothing to lose. Thank you.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is also good. A bit expensive, but worth the price. It is located in the center of bangla road.

Our street leads directly to the party at night, in a perfect location. I believe they clean the rooms several times yearly. It wasnt haughty that i couldnt get up early, and if he wanted the room to be clean when ive returned, it was clean. U-Rai is u-rais name is given to whoever is friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff is also very friendly. Everyone followed up on my health when im sick. Thank you everyone for your contribution to this beautiful vacation.

Excellent location! The friendliest staff ive ever encountered! Extremely tidy! Best value for the money! About 50 meters from bangladesh walking street. All day long, there is free water in the room, a tiny refrigerator in each room with espresso coffee and tea, an excellent rooftop pool and bar, and towels are provided. I want to express my gratitude to the new management for their genuine concern for visitors, especially for Anton, Nicklas, U-Rai, at the reception for our wonderful 5 days in patong. You must push the bike for 50 metres after 8 p. M. If you are riding oar scooters or otherwise, you can drive and park near the hotel entrance all day, otherwise.

The hotel is excellent because it is located in the center of all the action on bangla road. It is a pleasant little retreat in an agitated city. I switched from another hotel to come here because the other one was terrible. Ricos is spotless, the owner takes great care of the buildings decor, and the staff is courteous. The rooms are excellent, my room was very impressive. Although i wasnt expecting much, ive been pleasantly surprised. There are some details that ill not have anticipated, such as opulent sink, shower, toilet, nice artwork, bed, furniture, etc. You can hear some of street activity in late at night, but its not too bad, it actually comforts to hear street life, which is why we come for that reason. If you want to be close to the beach and in front of everything, this hotel would be ideal.

The receptionist was very kind in the morning. The housekeeping staff also were very nice. In the evenings, the hotel owner was friendly and smiling. They also have very smart and very good security guards. Thank you for everything.
