This was great option on Koh Samet. There are several room types. We stayed in a deluxe room. There were no chairs or bench in the room only a bed There was benches outside on the patio bpir something in the room would be better. Breakfast was very good. Deinks ..well the forgot to put the rum in out pina coladas and the bar would not bill everything at the bar to our room. We asked reception and they said we could have . I would prefer a few more tables with regular chairs on the beach. Getting up and down from a bean bag on the beach if you are older. One party used all the chairs both evenings ao non was available for our party. I would stay there again bit make some adjustments

I have stayed at the resort the year before and enjoyed the hotel. We like the cottages because they are close to the beach. The music can be load especially when the fire show is on. We can usually sleep thru anything but it could be an issue for people looking for a quiet room. The music shuts off at 11 to 11:30 at night. The food was ok not spectacular. There are alot of good restaurants along the beach. The beach is a very nice white sand and the swimming was great. The entertainment was good. North american music mostly and they did have a great saxophone player that played throughout the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close walk to the small town where other services and bike rentals are. If you want a quieter afternoon you can rent a bike and tour other beaches on the island They have been doing modernization and upkeep on the hotel. We would stay again

Nice unique room with the bathroom/entry on the first floor and sleeping area up a set of steps. Not good if you have bad knees or a problem with steps. A second room that I got after extending my stay was a mosquito infested room on a second floor with way worse steps. Was able to upgrade to a nicer room, thankfully. Zero stars for the mosquito room if I ended up with that!

This may be the nicest property in Koh Samet. We stayed in the newer block in the back. Not a great view of some bamboo, but that was fine. Being in the back meant our room was quiet. Expect an occasional mosquito in the room. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great or hot enough for me. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was quite nice, with many options. Good strong coffee. The restaurant didn’t always have everything listed in the menu, like ice cream. All the staff were pleasant. We enjoyed the live musician and fire show at night. Overall, two nights in Koh Samet is just right. The beach is nice but there’s not that much to do here. I read that the island hopping excursions were a disappointment to many so we just stayed in the island and had a nice massage nearby.

Min mor og jeg boede i en flot Thai House cottage i to nætter på dette skønne sted. God indretning med alt der behøves, stort badeværelse, flotte toiletartikler og skøn seng. Meget rent både i hytten og på udenomsarealer. Haven bliver pænt passet og alt fremstår grønt og rent. Fantastisk beliggenhed med seaview og tæt på by, havn og skøn strand. Personalet tog pænt imod os, smilende, venlige og gode til engelsk. Vil fremhæve venligheden ved manager Supoj Pochana, som var meget flink, hjælpsom og meget imødekommende alle dage vi var der. Også de unge beach/Bell boys som hjalp med kufferter både ved ankomst og helt retur ud i speedbåd. Flot service. Morgenmaden havde ALT hvad vi kunne ønske og hele området -også stranden var meget pænt og ryddeligt. Mulighed for at dase i sækkestole på stranden og fin service fra både bar og restaurant. Stedet ligger lige på stranden og i en rolig del -hvor der stadig sker noget. Musikken fra baren stoppede kl.23, hvorefter det kun var havet vi kunne høre fra vores terrasse. Ren paradis. Vi var meget tilfredse og vælger klart dette sted igen.
