The staff was great. Hotel is very nice. Breakfast includes was really good with omlets and good selection of food. Bed can use improvement to be in my top 10. Overall a great place to stay and would return in an instant.

Хороший отель с ухоженной территорией и большим бассейном, находится в пяти минутах езды от пирса и в семи от лучших пляжей острова. Пляж отеля не из лучших, но позагорать на шезлонгах можно. Прекрасный персонал, быстрое заселение, ежедневная уборка номера, все довольное новое - сантехника, мебель и прочее. Днем в отеле никого - группы китайских туристов разъезжаются на экскурсии. Совет - приходить на завтрак не к открытию, а попозже. Тогда вас ждут свободные столы с видом на море. Отель понравится тем, кто ценит тишину и спокойствие , так как он вдали от главной улицы и шумных пляжей. При наличии мотобайка - вообще супер.

Nice, beautiful place with good services. Comfortable rooms. Clean big swimming pool and hotel area. Very kind staff. Private pier. But need more supervision at kitchen, I found cockroach in my breakfast =( Also need to fix water pressure in rooms (temperature always changing from cold to extremely hot).

We reserved this place for two nights as a stopover from Bangkok to Oh Chang. We were pleased to arrive at the resort after a long taxidermy journey. Initial impressions told that everything looked fine, a welcoming and cheerful member of staff greeted us, and a few members of the other staff took our luggage to our rooms. The rooms were neat and well-designed, the air conditioning worked well, and the swimming pool was close by, so there werent any issues. The resort beach is utterly disused and practically nonexistent. The breakfast buffet is disappointing. Unless you visit 7 oclock, there is little chance of getting more beverages. The location almost shuts down by 10 p.m., so there is no longer any chance to eat. On a Friday evening, the main drag, so a pickup is usually your only option, and at 200 baht each way, it can add up if your backwards and forwards. The mass of Chinese people, who were so loud that it demolished the experience and flooded the space, leaving there was very little space for anyone else. In addition, I don't think they have ever seen a swimming pool!.

This hotel is about 3-30 hours from Bangkok, before I chose this hotel, I read the comments on many websites, I just worry about the Chinese group tour in the hotel, but when I check in this hotel staff reception is very good and friendly, welcome drink and Chinese tour group is no problem, they not make us noisy, this hotel is new and the best location for me about 1 am from the pier, I like the swimming pool, the hotel room is big and clean, but one thing I'm not happy with this hotel and really angry, one staff asked for tips, I stayed in many hotel for the first time and had this experience, I still tell all tourists this hotel is good for a holiday, only 1 staff is not good and I don't complain to the hotel.

We stayed here for four nights. We were right on a beach, which made it nice for swimming. The location was reasonably good. They also have a fantastic pool. It wasn't particularly busy when we went. Nevertheless, there were many groups coming and going, but they weren't too noisy. Breakfast is basic, but you do get to sit out and enjoy a fantastic view of the bay. The only issue I really had with our stay was the tap water, there was a slight discoloration. I didn't drink from the tap, but I also had bottled water. It is also comparatively private. Our room was spacious enough, and we could sit outside on the balcony. For me, it was relaxing and in a good location. The staff was really friendly and happy to assist.

If you do not mind large Asian groups getting up early because of the doors slamming, cold showers and very basic breakfast covered in swarms of insects, this is the place for you. This location only caters to large Asian groups, this is evident in the resort. The staff is really friendly.

We booked two rooms on the same day as a family of five traveling. Once you get off the boat that we paid 100 bht return for, you are then greeted with a fee of 50 bht per person to go through the port gate, you then get a taxi to your hotel, we were charged 200 bht for a short ride up a hill to our resort. You are then told that half of the island is a national park, so you must pay 200 bht for adults and 100 bht per child to access the main areas of beaches and restaurants. There seems to be a theme here! On arrival, we were welcomed with a smile and a welcome drink, we were told breakfast was served from am until 8 am, but advised to arrive after 8. Am because it's less busy. We were then shown to our rooms. These were exactly as in their website photos and were very modern looking and had excellent air conditioning. We decided to go down to the main beach, but as the roads are very narrow and lots of mopeds are whizzing around, there is a constant smell of fuel and noise of the engines revving, which slightly ruins the calm setting. Had some lovely meals on the island, however some restaurants along the beach allow the chinese tourists to sing karaoke numbers while you're trying

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden direkt am Bootssteg durch einen Kofferträger abgeholt. Service war super. Pool und Anlage sind auch wunderschön. Leider eignet sich der Strand nicht wirklich zum Baden. Es geht noch eine Strasse durch die Anlage, welche aber nicht oft befahren wird.

Fräscht, nybyggt hotell med pool. Missvisande bilder dock om strand, det finns ingen strand och inte heller innärheten så om man vill bo här så va inställd på atthyra en moped. Och tycka att det är okej att behöva åka för att ta sug till en strand. Finns inte mkt matställen i närheten utan ett väldigt off sida att bo på. Prisvärd mat dock på hotellet men dryck överpris. Vi är en småbarnsfamilj så för oss funkade ett par dagars paus ifrån strand med pool och lugnt område. Men endast 5 min bort med bil till Siew kew beach när man vill ha lite mer hålligång, kostar 200 baht för 2 pers enkel väg. I övrigt supertrevlig personal och fräscha rum. Det ända negativa där är städningen, det var extremt dålig, kvar gamla glas, ingen som torkade av ytor som bord, handfat.

The hotel was fine, but the area is not ideal for the island as hotels further down have beaches you can swim on but you can't swim in the sea here. We hired a scooter to get to the beaches. Also, there were a lot of noisy groups here. Wifi was terrible.

Got this room last minute as every other room was basically sold out on the island, save a few that were in the running with this one. The staff was very helpful and the room was pretty much as described, though a slight bit smaller than I thought it would be. Check-in was easy and my room was ready earlier than expected! There were no hitches in check-in or check-out, nor did I have any other kind of issue during my stay. The staff spoke English very well and were accommodating, though I didn't require much.
