Very quiet location yet convenient to restaurants and shopping. Our room was very clean, great balcony, nice shower with hot water. Breakfast is average, staff is helpful.
Family run, good value, I'll be sure to stay here again when I return to Mae Sot

not a good place to stay other than it is quiet (about 200m from main road in a residential estate) and clean (it is new). no taxi driver know this place. if you book this place, please tell your driver to turn into a small track opposite FORD MOTORS showroom along the main road (Asia road). nobody understands english, no map provided, no bicycle or motorbike rental, no tour or transportation booking, 2km away from town centre, need to walk 200m to the junction for meals. sound proof is poor in the premises (can hear others talking clearly outside your room), this is the "hotel"

Buon albergo di nuova costruzione. Decisamente ad un prezzo conveniente. Meno di 500 baht per una camera doppia con prima colazione. Camera spaziosa molto luminosa. Bagno con doccia, piccolo terrazzino, frigobar ed internet Wi-Fi gratuito.
