I'm not sure what the condition of the apartment is. This one is a bit far from the Ekkamai subway, but you can get a free shuttle from Am to Rp every day. The apartment is on 2 levels with 1 bathroom and 1 mini pool. On the upper floor, the bedroom has 4 uncomfortable beds. Bed springs are already protruding, so a good night's sleep is impossible. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are enormous. You can't shower in peace because the bathroom enclosure isn't sealed to the wall and the floor will get worse because the first floor's pool is outside. Roomy but requires a lot of maintenance. Our bathroom door had a hole, so it made no sense to lock or close it. The pool is small and shallow, but it is only available for villa renters, so there are no awkward interactions with other guests. The area is quiet at night and they provide drinking water. Villas are cleaned every day.

I stayed there 3 nights with my 2 friends. The toilets are on the first floor and our room on the second floor. So homie. The private pool is small, but it's great when we realized that the price is very low and we got nice rooms with private pools. The hotel is green with many trees. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the main road.

We stayed for 3 days and john ray the receptionist was very nice and very accommodating. The room is nice, he gave us a bigger room. The location is not that nice, but somehow good because they gave free shuttles to the main road from am to rp. The pool outside our room is clean and I loved it so much. I will definitely come back. One comment, one thing to make the room perfect is to put a mirror in the vanity.

I strongly suggest this location, especially if you are on a tight budget. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The place is a little rundown, but who needs to complain at that price. Its cozy enough considering you have to just go back to the hotel to sleep and not remain there all day. But what made up for it is the extremely accommodating staff, particularly gilbert. I'd also like to express my gratitude to the Christian in the Chong Noni branch for facilitating our transfer when we learned that Chan Noni was already occupied.
