Interior hotel yang klasik dan mewah, dengan harum bunga di lobby hotel. Interior kamar yang seperti tinggal di rumah sendiri, walaupun kolam renang sangat kecil, lebih seperti kolam rendam daripada kolam renang. Sangat leluasa mengorder grab car, dan bellboy yang sangat ramah. Mempunyai Restoran fastfood yang terletak pas di sebelah hotel. Lumayan dekat ke beberapa tempat shopping terbesar di kota Bangkok. Saya beserta istri sangat senang menginap di hotel ini

One of the worst hotels I ever tried, food was so bad, very few items and when item finish no refills!! Unfriendly staff, too arrogant for nothing!! Only the rooms are good and well equipped. Anything else below the minimum level!

Metropole Bangkok ตั้งอยู่ในย่านทองหล่อ ได้นำมนต์เสน่ห์ของสถาปัตยกรรมยุโรปในยุคโคโลเนียล ผสมผสานการออกแบบในสไตล์นีโอคลาสสิค มีกลิ่นไอความสง่างามในแบบไทยมาประยุกต์ได้อย่างอย่างลงตัว เป็นผลงานการออกแบบ ที่เน้นความ Luxury Classic ที่อยู่เหนือกาลเวลาพร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ทันสมัยและลงตัว ตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้ากลุ่มนักธุรกิจนักท่องเที่ยวและคนที่ต้องการหาประสบการณ์ในแบบที่ไม่สามารถหาได้จากที่อื่น ความหรูหราสะดวกสบาย บริการที่อบอุ่นเปรียบเสมือนบ้านตัวเอง ปกติการใช้บริการ Luxury Service บางคนอาจรู้สึกเกรงๆ แต่ที่นี่พนักงาน ทุกส่วน บริการอย่างดีทำให้การใช้บริการ ไม่รู้สึกวาเกรง แถมยังผ่อนคลายด้วย เวลคัมดริ้งผ้าเย็น บริเวณชั้นล่างจะมี ร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่บาร์ มี อาหาร Afternoon tea cocktail ไว้บริการ บริเวณนี้ใกล้แหล่งธุรกิจและศูนย์การแพทย์โรงพยาบาลที่ให้บริการด้านการแพทย์ด้วยมาตรฐานระดับสากลอย่างโรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ การเดินทางมายังเมโทรโพลเดินทางโดยรถยนต์ก็สะดวกสบายมีที่จอดรถ หรือจะใช้รถไฟฟ้าเพื่อความคล่องตัวเพราะอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้า BTS สถานีทองหล่อเพียง 10 นาที MRT เพชรบุรี Airport Rail link มีรถรับส่งบริการ ตามรอบเวลา ต้องแจ้งทางโรงแรม ห้องพักมีขนาดความกว้างตั้งแต่ 27-67 ตารางเมตร ห้องสตูดิโอ จนถึงห้องชุดขนาด 1 ห้องนอน ยังตอบโจทย์ความสะดวกอย่างครบครันด้วยอุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตแบบไร้สาย Wi-Fi โทรศัพท์ โทรทัศน์หน้าจอแบน LCD มาพร้อมกับเคเบิลทีวี ชุดเครื่องนอนคุณภาพสูง สวิตช์ไฟระบบสัมผัส เครื่องเสียง เครื่องซักผ้าฝาหน้า สุขภัณฑ์ระบบอัตโนมัติ อ่างอาบน้ำ ทุกห้องพักยังมีชุดครัวพร้อมเครื่องครัวครบโต้ะทานข้าว บางยูนิตยังมีเพดานสูงโปร่ง ระเบียงกว้างเป็นส่วนตัว สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ สระว่ายน้ำ ห้องออกกำลังกายพร้อมอุปกรณ์ออกกำลังกายที่ทันสมัยครบครัน ห้องซ่าวน่า ออนเซน ห้องประชุม ในส่วนพนักงานบริการ ขอชมตั้งแต่ MGR.Security และ MGR.rsvn ที่มารับที่รถไฟฟ้า ด้วยตัวเอง พนักงานทำงานกันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพการประสานงานดีเยี่ยม Breakfast in bed /Breakfast at pool ร่วมถึง Afternoon tea และเคริ่องดืม ที่น้องพนักงานตั้งใจทำและอธิบาย เชื่อไหมว่าที่นี่ใบไม้ต้นไม้ ที่ตั้งประดับไม่มีฝุ่นเลย เราเดินผ่านลูบดูทุกจุด แม้แต่ปลั้กไฟในห้อง ที่เป็นระบบสัมผัส ไม่มีรอยนิ้วมือติดเลย Standardดีมากๆ สำหรับราคา เทียบกับสิ่งที่ได้ เราว่า มันคือ Value of money เป็นอีกที่ ที่อยากแนะนำมากๆ อย่างน้อยพักสัก2คืน สำหรับที่นี่ มุมถ่ายรูปสวยทุกมุม ไลทติ้งดีไซนนอร์เขาทำมาให้ดีแล้ว แสงสวยถ่ายยังไงก็สวย รับรองไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอนครับ

Nice hotel, very welcoming staff. Hotel designed looks like in 1970’, from the old gagsters movies 😊. Check-in was good, agent gave all info what i needed. However room was non-smoking (this was a bit hustle, i had to go all the way down just to have one smoke) and there was no ashtrays in the entrance of the hotel, only on the side of the Chow restaurant (will follow another article about it). Room: was ok..ish, somehow modern with toilet and small bathtub (good for pedicure maybe). After cleaning you have to request to change your towels to clean ones. But another good part that there is Washing machine, microwave and electric cove with cutleries etc. Breakfast: average, not much choices to eat, or if there is few options but it’s not hot enough. However egg station chef are very good, doing nice scrambled eggs on your choice. Another think what I don’t understand, that they don’t serve coffee after breakfast. So if you want to have your late breakfast or lunch, either dinner - they don’t serve coffee. Maybe they don’t know the secret of instant coffee which you have to add few spoons and hot water? 🤔 Anyways during breakfast they have nice coffee machine (i question myself, why they don’t use it after the breakfast) Location: very convenient, not so far from most of the destinations. Walkable and rideable distances. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Smiley and welcoming as most of the people in Thailand. Not recommended to sleep early during weekends (Thursday and Friday) a bit noisy and bass disturbing while you are in deep sleep. If you a planning to stay, so stay during weekdays. Actually worth to experience ones at this hotel. Hope the management take in consideration of my review and do some changes.

Stopped for two nights,hotel very dated would have been amazing 1940s . Room was ok, had fun with the electric toilet seat. Swimming was ok but no way to sunbathe. Saturday night there was disco loud music until 4am we were on the fourth floor . There is a gentleman’s private club and there was lots of activity going on in the early hours of the morning, breakfast was poor only stopped here because our medical travel insurance booked as it was near Bangkok hospital
