Horrible, even for 3,30€ per night. No windows in the dorms, no AC, there’s only one fan placed on the ground so the top bunks don’t even receive any of it, it smelled so bad in the room. Unfriendly staff, and when they realized that I’m not too happy they stated that I never showed up for the booking in order for me not to write a negative review. Only positive thing is the central location but that’s it.

We didn’t even make it one night here. As first time travellers on a budget, we booked 3 nights here after 3 days travelling from England. We learnt very quickly that if you’re paying £3 a night, you shouldn’t have standards. Firstly, it’s up at least 4/5 flights of stairs, and carrying heavy bags up there in the heat was not enjoyable. There were cigarette butts, crumbling walls and graffiti everywhere. We messaged the property at least 2 days before to ask for an early check in, as we knew we would arrive in Bangkok before their check in time of 14.00, we got no response so we arrived in hope that they would accommodate for us. The response we got was, “leave your bags on the shelf”, whilst being pointed towards the 2pm check in sign. The shelf was just at the top of the stairs, no locks and unstable, plus the reception wasn’t manned all the time so there was no one to even watch our things. After going in to the bathroom to get changed and a quick look around, we saw the showers were on some kind of balcony, they looked incredibly dirty and there was just stuff everywhere. We did leave our bags and headed to find some food so we could decide what to do. We very easily reached the conclusion that we didn’t feel safe there, and decided to book other accommodation. When we went back up to get our bags, there was a man on reception, who didn’t even ask if we were okay, why we were leaving or who we were to check that the bags were ours. We’ve since read all the trip advisor reviews about the bed bugs, and how much dirtier this place is than we initially thought. We definitely dodged a bullet by not staying here. Advice for a first time traveller, or any traveller for that matter - spend a pound or two more a night on your accommodation, trust us, it’s worth it.

Worst hostel I've ever stayed in, definition of 3rd world hostel, showers are like prison showers, place is hotter than on the streets which are already around 30d and they dont like you putting on aircon which is only in certain rooms until 7pm at night, had it booked for 6 nights, we gave it 3 hours, the aircons were useless in our room of 6, still above 30d so we left the same night we checked in, dont do it, spend a little bit more money

You have to walk down an alleyway between a bar and a clothes shop to get to it, and then up a lot of stairs. Reception staff were friendly enough, and reception is open 24hrs which is handy. Dorm room was clean but there was some water dripping from the air con onto the top bunk (which I don't think was being used) No restaurant, but a kitchen you can help yourself to using and a nice little place to sit and eat. Lockers outside of the rooms are free to use with your own padlock, but no storage big enough for a while rucksack, just enough for valuables.
