Stayed here for 5 nights. It was 880 baht per night (~£17).
The room was large and airy, included free wifi and had airconditioning.
On arrival it looked clean, but on closer inspection there were areas that hadn't been cleaned as you may hope.
The bed was comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. However, even though there was a curtain over the window, there was no blackout capability for the door to the veranda. So it did become light in the room quite early.
There was no cleaning service provided throughout my stay, so better to keep it clean and tidy as you can.
The shower room (no bath) was clean too. But there was only 1 small soap provided, so if you forgot to bring some, or expected some to be provided, you'd best go to the 7/11 across the road to get what you need.
Wifi was free, but not a huge bandwidth, fine for emails, but struggled with FaceTime.
One thing to take note of is that the room had many tiny bugs. Not that they affected anything, but you can spend ages watching them move around the room.
There was no breakfast at this residence, and other than street food there is little in the way of options, unless you went to the local mall (10 mins walk). And even there there isn't a huge choice.
Also be aware that it is nearly impossible to get a taxi from this location to central Bangkok, as the drivers deem it too far to take you in the heavy local traffic. So the best bet is a taxi ride to the MRT and catch a train.
