1) they don't inform when check-in that they have only one key from the room, and if the customer doesn't give it to housekeeping, nobody will clean the room (refill toiletries, drinking water, change towels etc), we didn't know it until we came back to the hotel in the evening and nothing was done in our room. 2) the light at the entrance was not working, when we informed housekeeping, she just waived with her hand in unknown direction and didn't take any action. 3) there was no single day, when we didn't have to report a problem with our room to the guest house staff, literally every day there was something either out of order or not done. 4) by the way they don't know how to clean rooms, we lived all 5 days with spider nets and spiders near one of our beds (standard twin room). they don't mop floor at all, until the guests check-out and only if they left the room dirty. which was not our case as we are very clean and accurate people. they don't even brush the floor. disaster.5) the safety box is useless, it is not fixed in the room and can be carried away in a small bag, there are no batteries to lock it with a code, and the only key is attached to the room key, which has to be put in the socket for the electricity. TOTALLY USELESS.
