機敏なドアマン、親切ならスタッフさん、部屋にはバスタブがあり、静かでとても居心地がよかったです。アイロンを借りましたが、スタンドがうまく立てられなくて困っていたら助けに来てくれました。周辺に飲食店も多く、ルンピニ公園まですぐで、少し歩きますがBTSとMRTの両方使えて便利です。

シーロム駅やサラデーン駅から徒歩10分、ゆっくり歩くなら15分でしょうか。込み入った所にあるので、最初こそGoogle map 必須ですが、ロケーション分かればとても便利です。周辺は屋台も少しあり、60バーツあればお腹満たせます。ホテルですが、スタッフはとても親切で、フレンドリーです。英語も大丈夫です。部屋ですが、とても綺麗にされており、シャワーの水圧及び湯温、冷房ともに問題ありません。タオルやベッドもしっかり変えてくれます。テレビはNHKが映ります。駅から少し離れてるものの、車の騒音はなく、睡眠は快適です。あえて書くならば、エレベータなし、ティッシュなし、アメニティは簡素(固形石鹸と使い捨てのシャンプーのみ。歯ブラシや髭剃はなし。) ですが、これらはその辺のコンビニで買えば十分でしょう。また泊まりたいです。

Property has all the essentials for a great rate; clean, rooms equipped with small fridge, good bathroom and air con, good internet connection. There is no complimentary breakfast but can be ordered daily if you needed. Perfectly positioned, 10 minute walk from the BTS & MRT as well as a shopping mall and endless delicious eating options! Area is safe and hotel staff are very friendly! I highly recommend!

シーロムから少し歩くが遠くはない。裏通りでわかりにくい場所だが反面閑静な環境。周辺には飲食店、コンビニも多い。部屋も共用部分も大変清潔。フロントの方も親切。四階建てでエレベーターが無いのが欠点だが警備の方が荷物を上げてくれた。価格を考慮すれば大満足。

The Sunrise Residence was lovely. If you are looking for a clean and simple guesthouse, affordable price, and central location, this is the place. Definitely not a luxury stay, but for $30/night, I had a single room with a pretty comfortable bed, a spacious bathtub with hot water, and just a 5 minute walk to the Si Lom BTS. It's down a bit of an alley, but no problem to find using Google maps and it's a quiet location. Wonderful perk - it's just around the corner from the delicious cafe/restaurant Bitterman. Reception was warm and kind, allowing me to check out late and arranging a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend for a clean and affordable guesthouse at a pretty unbeatable price for the location!

The Sunrise Residence was lovely. It's clean and simple -- definitely not a luxury stay, but you can't beat the price for the location. I paid about $30/night for a single room with a pretty comfortable bed, spacious bathtub with hot water, and just a 5 minute walk to the Si Lom BTS station. Wonderful perk - it's just around the corner from the delicious cafe/restaurant Bitterman. Reception was warm and kind, allowing me to check out late and arranging a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean and simple stay in a central location at a very low price!
