We booked one of the deluxe suits through Booking.com. we were on the third floor of building c. The building is clean and we'll kept although not air conditioned. My understanding is that the hotel owns the condos on this floor of building c although I might be wrong. The condo is equipped with a microwave, hob, fridge freezer and kettle. Although you get no crockery or eating utensils. Only two tea cups, sacucers, tea spoon and glasses. Not particularly helpful when you had planned to cook your own food some nights. There was also no washing liquid or cloth. No sweeping brush and only 2 toilet rolls. When 4 people are staying for 7 nights, that doesn't last long! We also only got 3 towels and 3 pillows for our 4 people.
When we arrived at our 'Delux' condo, there was no hot water. It took 3 days of showering my kids in cold water to finally get them to repair it!
The TV included in the room only received about 6 channels all of them Thai. The listing on Booking.com said the room would provide water bottles and a hair dryer, neither of which were included. There is a laptop safe in the room but we were unable to use it as it was locked.
The hotel itself is wonderful. You can use all the amenities such as pool, steam room, sauna, gym and kids soft play room. There is also a pool/snooker room and spa. The hotel restaurant, Cafe Antonio serves wonderful food at reasonable prices and the manager is a lovely man, very friendly and accommodating. The staff behind the check in desk are also helpful. Even as a condo guest you can pay 100 baht to use the shuttle service from the hotel to the beach and then call them to come pick you up again for another 100 baht.
The closest shop is the Family Mart 500 yards up the road. Although advertising an ATM outside, they interperate this as the POS machines which you use to pay by card. The closest ATM is a Kasikorn branch ATM at the beach Family Mart.
A nice enough place to stay, but not what they advertise.
