We drove as a family of four from KL, and stayed in Satun en route to Krabi.
The hotel is a pleasant gem in the otherwise completely untouristy town of Satun. It is a 25 minute walk to the central night markets and the provincial museum. It is also located next to the Monkey Mountain which makes for a good morning walk, and there is a small mini-restaurant closeby.
Staff were extremely friendly, and we were also offered out-call massage services (reasonable quality and price) arranged by the hotel. The rabbits were very pleasant to have around. Breakfast was simple but a delight, offering Thai cuisine with a local twist
My only criticism would be that the sheets placed in the verandah outside were clearly stained and discoloured, and could do with replacing. Please also note that this establishment only takes cash payments.
