We stayed with group of family in three villas. All three villas are badly managed. Rooms are dirty upon arrival, floor with dust everywhere and bad smell of food in the kitchen. The bathroom temper glass looks like no one has ever cleaned it before with all the white plague everywhere on the glass.The aircon was not working and there was hot air coming out. We called the engineer and they mentioned that this is all they can do. The manager is never to be seen anywhere and only channel of communication is through email and not even a phone call! For the price we paid was 19,000 THB per night per villa we expect quality service and quality product.

We stayed in VIP villas for 03nights and it was a pleasant stay as the rooms were huge and clean.Private pool was very small .They did not have any breakfast facilities and also the reception was very far from the villas,it was very difficult to find the reception.Also the location is bit far from all the major attractions there .Nearby there are no restaurants .SO ,locations was the major drawback .

We 7 persons stayed in Three-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool - Village Green Residenceroom for 3 nights. Our travel agent (and also emailed ourselves) several times to double-confirm there should be an extra bed in one of the room... and 3 of us had a awful first night!! We paid 7 persons full price but only got SIX sets stuff (towels, dining chairs, kitchen utensils etc) . Wasting our tour times to ask for an extra bed and finally the sofa bed, which was location in the living room, was moved in the main room (sweating!!!) and refilled enough stuff that we strongly requested. Location was quite remote. Better description was QUIET or another word was INCONVENIENCE. Free shuttle van available, driving distance from front desk to villa about 10m. However, waiting time nearly 30-45m!!!! Amenities ... speechless. The worst was the phone did not work. The technician could not fix it and not bother to tell us, just left!!! Next day to ask for a new one or a mobile for calling free shuttle or asking other necessities (like refill 30L water bottle, new towels etc) but also ignore our requests!!! other stuff..(phews...) one hair dryer wasn't worked (this got replaced), microwave swirling plate missing (got a plate that was bigger than the space, ha ha) . Blessed we had a new fridge due to the last guest group complained it didn't work!! Front desk staff were nice but English was at a very average level, be prepared to speak slow and repeated few times. Overall, nice to stay in a BIG villa with a private pool, which any of our group could afford to buy one in home country! PS. We discovered that the Villas should be for sales but not yet sold, hence rent for tour groups for revenues.... Make wise decision before you paid.

Our first time here with absolutely poor service under 1 star hotel!! it should call "terrible villas" instead of VIP Villas! we booked via booking.com and also informed to villa's line which someone acknowledged me. But unfortunately, we totally waited the villas 2 hours!! with my old parent 70 years old and 2 child under age 1years. when i asked for mgr, oh!! he was relaxing by smoking outside! never see any respond, even he knew my situation. Drive car to villa by ourself because we need to away from there asap. Villa was very dirty, a lot of flies on the pool, bathroom on the second floor was a lot of bikini hairs!! Not yet, during our dinner at villa around 6pm, staff called us to pay villa fee. They informed to us that they want to close job day by day!! Couldn't believe what they work like this as staff forgot to ask us pay villa fee but only deposit fee. however, our mad already informed us before that staff will come tomorrow before check out time. Can i ask management a question? your staff can work depend on there feeling? your foreigner manager is worthless, just walk back to computer and let's other thai staff help us to get the villa? anyway, maids were great service and very helpful!

พักบ้านแบบ5ห้องนอน ไม่ตรงปกอย่างแรง ราคาก็คืนละหมื่นกว่าบาท บ้านเก่า สกปรก เหม็นท่อทั้งบ้าน พัก2คืน ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดวันที่2ให้ด้วย ถ้าจะทำต้องเสียค่าแม่บ้าน1000บาทเอง พักคืนที่2 ตกเย็นน้ำไม่ไหล ต้องรอรถจากการประปามาเติมน้ำให้ ห้องนอนก็เก่ามาก ดีตรงบริเวณครัวใหญ่ดี สระว่ายน้ำก็สกปรก ดูจากรูปดูหรูหราสวยงาม แต่ไปจริงนี้failมากค่ะ กลิ่นส้วมตีขึ้นทั้งบ้านทุกห้องนอนเหม็นมากกกก ไม่สมราคาอย่างรุนแรง ไม่แนะนำ

We stayed with group of family in three villas. All three villas are badly managed. Rooms are dirty upon arrival, floor with dust everywhere and bad smell of food in the kitchen.
