Our stay at the hotel was very nice. We choose the hotel to have a more peaceful enviroment for our vacation, something we certainly got. The hotel also has a very senic natural enviroment, excellent for pictures. The pool is nice, probably the cleanest pool I've ever encountered at a hotel. We stayed there during the rainy season but the pool was still pleasant and enjoyable to swim in (even while it was raining). The staff are all very friendly, they even helped us order foods to be delivered, something which can be difficult to do as the websites of some delivery services say the hotel is out of range. The hotel is within range, but ordering through the reception is much faster and easier than trying to figurer out a thai food ordering website. The hotel also has vouchers that give cheaper taxi fares around Mae Sot, nice for exploring and shopping without a rental car. Overall a great experience and we'll be using the the hotel as our go-to hotel whenever we're in Mae Sot.

Excellent from start to finish, from the pickup and drop off service to the delightful poolside snacks of fries, cookies and fruit. Upgraded our room to a larger room free of charge due to faulty a/c. Staff was very kind to our children, and the pool was great. Located outside of Mae Sot a little drive, it is quiet. Breakfast included, and lots of options on the menu for lunch/dinner. We highly recommend.

The resort is located in the outskirts of Mae Sot. The staff is friendly, and we received a delicious welcome smoothie and cookies. Probably one of the best dinners we had in all our years of traveling to Asia (try the chicken cashew nut, it's divine). We found the breakfast to be very basic and no comparison to dinner. Clean room (no moskito net) in a beautiful garden resort.

Here is very huge place that you can arrange meeting over 100 participants. I had organized Donor meeting here. This is very impressive for local culture and services with minority group from neighboring countries. In the mean time, this resort is very good for wedding party. One of my X-colleagues made a party there.

Wattana is a delightful resort nestled in a jungle. All the amenities (pool, restaurant, lots of sitting areas, fountain) flow naturally in the jungle landscaping. Even better is the staff and manager. They are quietly attentive to any needs (without a word they brought a fan near our table when they thought we needed it). Wish I had stayed longer and I will recommend Wattana to others.
