Wis Beach Khanom

We spent two wonderful weeks at this peaceful and luxurious resort. The whole resort appears new, including the bungalows, and everything is clean and nice. There is a nice pool area directly overlooking the beach. Wonderful staff that were very attentive to all our needs. Excellent breakfast made to order. The hotel restaurant must be one of the better restaurants in Khanom and deserves more guests. Normally we would have taken both lunch and dinner at one of the cheaper options along the beach, but we actually ended up having lunch in the hotel restaurant for the duration of our stay due to the tasty and high quality Thai dishes (we did not try any of the “Western” food on the menu) served here. We would love to come back to Wis Beach!

Ordered grilled steak priced at 550 THB. Got something more resembling a leather shoe than meat,tough chew and dry. Served with chips obviously bought frozen at the local shop. Haven't tried the rooms.

Wis Beach is a new resort, just operating in 5 months. My sister booked this for us as her birthday treat and she definitely made the right choice. The resort is at the beachfront of Nadan Beach. We got a deluxe villa which is very huge. The room is very comfortable and homey. The bathroom is also big with giant shower heads and the shower water supply is strong. It has also an outdoor shower which is a hot concept. The room has complete amenities. Their restaurant is overlooking the beach. The breakfast is satisfying. They also have a clean pool. Staff are friendly, helpful and smiling. The owners are very accommodating. We went there and it was me and my brother only so we were treated very well. Khanom is a lovely but quiet province. It's is really relaxing to drive around. The downside is the wi-fi connection in the room which is on and off. The restaurant dinner is not that tasty. But overall, everything is perfect. We will definitely come back and stay here and would recommend this to our family and friends.

Wis Beach is a new hotel with around 15 individual detached units. They are all high quality and beautifully finished. This is a brand new and up scale establishment in Khanom and obviously this is reflected in the price. There is a good swimming pool overlooking the lovely beach with sun loungers to admire the fantastic view. Our booking included breakfast which is to order and was very good. The staff are absolutely great and all try to make you feel welcome and relaxed whatever their ability in English. We particularly liked the fact that the resort lacked the superficial fussiness of so many up market hotels. The staff were just nice and pleasant and doing their best. The restaurant in the evening was fine but in all honesty there are better, cheaper offerings elsewhere in town. The place is still settling into its stride and some of the service is still unpolished but we saw this as a charming plus. Who could dare to criticise such lovely staff. So if you want unfussy luxury in this wonderful town and the price is ok for you then this is a very good option.

We came to this brand new resort for a three night, but we stayed nine... Place was perfect for relaxing beach holiday. Villas and all resort area are very stylish designed, rooms and bathrooms are spacious, well equipped and top-clean. Hotel staff did everything to make us comfortable. Some english skill was far from perfect, but that wasn´t problem when attitude was perfect. 9 km long very peaceful beach is couple of steps from the pool. Beach was very good for swimming. Hotel restaurant got wide selection of Asian and western food and prices are reasonable. Food was good. Couple of small stores, massages and restaurants are located in few minutes walk. We´ll be back to this resort next year. This resort and whole area is very peaceful and good place to rest and relax.
