I booked the hostel from booking.com for one night visit (12-13 May 2018) as it is near the Don Muang Airport. It cost 550 baht per night. I booked a room for two with my sister.
The wifi is very poor, the hot water didn't work, the bed is thin and hard and covered in plastic.
What's worst is that the bed has many bed bugs. Big ones. My sister and I got bitten allover. We came to rest and have a good sleep after a very exhausting day, but we ended up not sleeping AT ALL and spent the whole night scratching our body. No staff available at night to help us. No one to contact to change room.
We left earlier to catch our flight before 7 am, and still no staff, we only left the key in the front, realizing that the front door was left unlocked and unguarded the whole night. Not sure if it's a wise decision for a hostel.
I wrote a note inside our room, asking for our money back. But of course no one responded. I wrote my review as being asked by booking.com, but booking.com did not put my review on their website either.
I regret my decision to stayed there. We should have stayed in the airport instead and save our money. And for booking.com: you guys just lost a customer.
