dirty room smells bad. air condition broken. no water for shower in the room for 24h wifi just in reception and almost time no connection . no aire condition in restaurant and reception. dirty restaurant. bad personnel not friendly food is average . animation excellent. pool good

We came from Czech republic into the hotel at night and I would't mind to sleep in hell, how tired we were. We accepted the room without checking anything and fell into the bad. In the morning we realized that there is no balcony - where should we dry our towels and swimming suits? WC was smelling, no hair dryer, bath tube dirty, towels smelling. We were told that we accepted the room before. We were thinking about arguing and changing it after breakfast, but when we saw the dining room, we gave up. In comparison with this dining room, our room seemed to be a top of purity in Hammamet. The tables are dirty, mess is everywhere, even the walls are dirty. Plates missing, forks missing. For drinking you can take juice, which tastes as sugar. Or wait in a long queue for Fanta/beer. You become 1dl cup. Every day the same food, no updates. Almost everything is hot, so our children ate just pommes and "pizza". The staff is nice, I believe, they are doing their best, but in such crowded place, they have no chance to keep it without problems. Animation OK, they poked people to go and have fun. Playground totally destroyed. Also the pools and tobogans look old and dirty. Beach dirty, cammels poo on the beach and then you swim within their.... NEVER MORE.

This hotel is listed by the Tunisian government among the facilities designed to host Tunisians who are suspected of being infected by Cobid-19 Corona virus. Ironically, this stable-like hotel lacks the essential health requirements. The service was so bad. The food was kept to a minimum as if we were imprisoned in a post-apocalyptic dungeon. But for me the health violations makes this hotel a dangerous place even to set foot in.

My review of the hotel is not a retaliation. It is indeed a description of what we experienced me and my family all over 4 nights and 5 days of stay. As soon as we arrived to the hotel after a long trip (2 adults 2 children and a new born). We introduced ourselves to the receptionists who where busy with so many check ins and check outs. The lady working there asked us politely to wait till she confirms our voucher and give us our family room. We waited there for almost one hour. As I saw so many customers were standing in front of the reception office, I reintroduced myself with my voucher and asked the receptionist to give us our room. We were really tired of waiting, especially my new born baby needs to change the diapers. Anyway, finally after another hour of waiting she gave us the room key(electronic card) and she told us that we can head to our room now. With no one to help in the lugguage, we succeeded to cross the swimming pools and restaurant and gardens to reach our (SUITE). I said to myself how lucky I was. Asking for a family room and getting a suite instead! Finally, we reached our suite. I couldnt beleave my eyes. Are they serious!? Where is the suite they mentioned in the reception. Nothing is there. Only a double decker bed for my kids situated in the entry. A queen sized bed in the the other corner of the bangaloo. The room was flooded with water. No bed sheets. No pilow covers no TV. No hairdryer. No remote controle for the small dirty single AC. There is an old phone over the built-in side bed table. I tried to call the reception but I figured out that the phone in unplagged. I left my family waiting and went back to the reception to understand what was going on. The receptionist made some calls and replied with a friendly smiling face that it's ok. The problem was fixed. I went back and crossed the crowded restaurant and the swimming pools to my Suite. We waited there sitting on the edge of dirry mattresses for another 2 hours. Finally, a man came in and introduced himself as room service. He tried to help us by bringing some bed covers and some towels. He promissed also to raise our problem to his superiors. Anyway, since we were tired, we immediately slept without worry about our hygene. The following day, I tried again to complain but i got only promises. We didnt want to destroy our holiday. So I moved around begging room service workers to bring us clean bed sheets and and towels. I succeeded to get a couple. That was a victory for me. After 2 nights of staying in that dirty room, a tall lady came. I understood later that she was the head of room service staff. She came to our room not to fix the problem. She came complaining why i complained to reception about the condition of the room. .. .. Frankly, my advice to TripAdvisor review readers is not to choose this hotel. I would also write pages about the bad quality of food or the dirty pools over sprayed with chlore. On the third night, I took 2 of my kifs to the doctor. They vomitted 3 times that night. I don't know why?! On the 4th night,my wife took me to the doctor, because of Diarrhea. ....

It's very bad hotel, except for the swimming Pool, it's horrible rooms, i have change many rooms but all have some decrease. Food are poor without taste + bad smell at room....prise,....rapport Q/P=0.
