When I checked in at 9pm,
1. Nobody in the reception speak english.
2. They reject my booking from Hotels.com, they said, we are not working with hotels.com anymore. They try to remove the listing from Hostels.com but it fails. So I had to pay again another fees.
In the morning, I complain to the chef who can speak english, and he translated it to the reception, she was really angry and rude to me. I just want to say,that if you have a problem with your business partner, dont let the customers know and they should remove their hotel from listing to avoid customer booking.
And the lady shouted at me loudly and try to approach me, she try to hit me. Luckly the chef tried to keep her calm down.
The following day, I called Beyaz saray hotel in istanbul to confirm whether they stop working with hotels.com and they said, we are still working with hotels.com. they dont understand why beyaz saray in kirikkale refused me.
3. When I enter the room, no bath towel and the soap from previous guest still in the shower. It seem nobody clean the shower. When I ask reception to have a bath towel, she gave me only 1 towel, they should give 2 towels for me and my wife.
The towel had a hole everywhere.
The bed seem unchanged, and dirty.
The Key card need a rubber to put on the wall.
I dont why, nobody can speak english in the reception. I have to find a guest who can translate english to to explain to the reception.
And the lady in the reception is very rude to me.
