I’ve spent a very pleasant week in the BlackSea region, and my stay at Nur hotel made my trip even better, the hotel’s location is in the middle of city center with views on the city’s Meydan and the sea as well, the rooms are very nice and the staff is extremely helpful, especially mr. Eyüp, this guy is just the best, he’s very kind and helpful and he organized all of our trips around the region with affordable prices, so a huge shoutout to him, a little issues in the hotel for me were the cleaning service, as it wasn’t that great, and the breakfast, as it is with limited variety and not generous, but that’s all, everything else was amazing. In general, Trabzon and the BlackSea region is probably the best part of Turkey, and i enjoyed it to the full, and i recommend it to everyone, and highly recommend staying in Nur hotel whenever you decide to go there.

I spent three days in this hotel last March 2020: Good location +the room was spacious and clean + it has everything we need , good internet ,and it has a good breakfast :) I appreciate all the effort that i get from Ms.Ayoub he was so gentle and helpful . I recommend this wonderful hotel.

I stayed at Nur hotel for 4 nights, and I really liked it. The location is ideal, in the heart of Trabzon and a walking distance to shopping, restaurants, taxi stop, travel agencies and much more. Rates are reasonable and rooms are very comfortable. The mosque nearby is not noisy at all. The call for the prayer is performed 5 times a day for 5 minutes, and the dawn prayer is very mild. I see it less noisy than many church bells or just simple traffic anywhere. Bathrooms are a bit tiny, however clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very tasty and made of fresh ingredients. Highly recommended.

I stayed here only 3 nights . Quality of sleep is very very poor! The blankets were not clean and the towels were from the 1800!! It is just a nasty place, the rooms, the bathroom, the breakfast place! OMG!! I saw her putting back the food from the plates!!! The bread was not fresh and poor choice. The WIFI was horrible also! I think they put us in the worst room, it was 503 and in the morning we were like whats going on!! the breakfast place was up the room and everyone is moving the chairs off our heads!! Try to find another one. The only good thing, the receptionist talks English but also he mocked at us by telling that if we book with his friend a trip to Uzungol, there will be a guide who speaks English! Once we arrived we were shocked that he was a liar and there was no guide! NEVER STAY AGAIN! LIARS.

i stay twice at this hotel for two year march(2015-2016) good and polite personnels. clean rooms. good breakfast . dinning hall have view to sea. free parking . free wi fi. rooms are small but clean. air conditioning system is good
