I highly recommend it, staying during a ski holiday and also very happy to be the manager of this hotel Zubeyde. I will be back here again the following year. kaiser loft was clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. It was also delicious.

The breakfast is poor and the service is not so good. They say they speak English but it is also very poor. The rooms are ok. The reception didn't give us much information about the environment. Like where you can find restaurants or supermarkets. The garden looks a bit chaotic and the breakfast lobby seems outdated. The view is beautiful. Not internationally inviting.

It was economical for Kaiser so we decided to book for two nights. It may just be the scent of cigarette smoke that is the only drawback, but, to be honest, we did not request a smoke-free room. The room was equipped with shampoo, soap, towels, a hair dryer, and a television. The bathroom was immaculate. This is an attractive buffet breakfast. There is a welcoming lobby that serves free Turkish tea. The decor is also quite worn out and shabby. The atmosphere is also in the middle of the bazaar. Our first impression of being pleasantly amazed to discover that it was clean, welcoming, and in such a good spot. It was close to the bazaar. Even though the staff didn't speak much English, they made us feel welcome. We have a comfortable place to stop for a few nights overall.

I would stay again. Excellent location, close to local attractions, an indoor bazaar, a shopping center, castles and mosques. Easy transportation to the rest of the city. For bicycle tourists, it is ideal. The nice employees allowed me to store my bicycle in my room. Then they offered to wash all my filthy clothing for a low fee. I was given a free chai when I got there. The receptionist spoke excellent English and was very helpful.

The hotel is in a good position in front of the main street that crosses Kaiser city. The room is good and all the services are ok. The restaurant is very good, you can find good intentional dishes selection on the menu. Overall, I would like to congratulate the hotel on the professionalism of the restaurant staff, especially Miss Aysegul and Miss Dile, very kind, nice and professional.

I have a good experience from the staff here, such as the receptionist who abuse us, gave us fuel, talked, and met us, the kitchen was very nice, very kind, and prepared our order, and also I love the great service, especially to the kitchen staff who are so hospitable.

I had a two-night visit here. First and foremost, I must say that the staff is meticulous in their cleaning and disinfection procedures. The heating system and rooms are spotless. The toilets and showers will not displease the users. They are spotless and tidy. The hotel's price is fair and reasonable for its quality. For two days, I spent in this space eating breakfast and dinner. The meal is wonderful and delectable. If the breakfast was offered as an open buffet, maybe it would have provided better service. The dinner selection and delectable cuisine are excellent. Around 1. 3 a.m., the hotel's location is quite far from the tram line. It is conveniently close to the Kaiser chamber of commerce and Kaiser chamber of business. The accommodations are well-kept, so even though it is on the high side, no sound is heard throughout the night. You can see it snowing from the window. The restaurant could be the only area that could be improved. The saloon is cold either at breakfast or at dinner time. Overall, the hotel is very good value. The staff is very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, despite having limited air conditioning. Breakfast provided is fresh, regional, and tasty.

I always feel safe and comfortable here, and the facilities are excellent, especially for the receptionist and subcategory staff, and it's nice that everyone is polite and well behaved. It has a gym salon during quarantine days, and it also has a fantastic garden.

There are so many things around here, especially the lovely colorful garden with lots of pink and red roses and so many different kinds of plants in the yard. The exciting scenery looks fantastic, which I really liked because I convinced tourists to come here to enjoy their time with their family. They also made us sport gym salons so we could use them and exercise at any time we wanted, have fun, and enjoy our days during these hard quarantine days. You can order breakfast the same day as you want.

We would like to thank the helpful and lovely hotel restaurant staff, especially Dile and Aysegul, they serve great food with a sense of community. The room is nice but needs some improvement as well. I really appreciate that. Hopefully, we can improve on our stay here again.

This is a handy hotel that is only a short distance from all of Kaiser's attractions. The hotel is very easy to find. It is available for reservation through the receptions summer phone. Due to my repeated attempts to use my cellphone to communicate in Turkish, the novel computer could not access the web site, which required me to check in with sulfur. The receptionist's assistance was excellent, making us all a little uneasy about what we wanted for dinner. It's good to have a variety of vegetarian breakfast options, especially the egg, which I never found to be suitable for vegetarians. The cost of a taxi from kaiser airport to the airport should not exceed 50, but for ibis Kaiser, the cost shouldn't be more than 50, so make sure to hire a metered taxi.
