This place has the worst customer care service. We ordered for food at 7 but didn’t get it till after 11:30 and we had to go and wait for it in the kitchen. The staff are really mean. I wouldn’t advise anyone to think of going to this place

I loved the Ambience at this place, Great areas were the swimming pool & sauna hmmm... Thumbs up to the meals too. My family had fun and we got a chance to stay in one family house, was great bonding there playing different games, latenight chats! Great work Kalangala pearl resort

Overpriced, terrible management, filthy and full of bugs. Pool not included in price so is not part of the hotel (they only told us this after taking our money for the room). They came and knocked in the middle of the night demanding payment for the pool in a threatening way. They then came and banged on the door at 7am for no reason. It was frightening and ruined our stay on the island, and we left 2 days early and returned to the mainland. No customer service, disgusting bathroom (no toilet seat), smelly carpet and so many holes in the wall that huge insects filled the room. Avoid

Its a worst experience ever i had in my life . we booked the hotel through jumia and traveled after reaching there they told us to hold . In the mean time they started receiving walk in customers and allocated rooms ( because of the rate difference) once they completed then they told us no room only tents are available . we were in the island no way to go out and look for some other options we struggled a lot . in front of us the staff sending message to jumia NO SHOW and cancel the booking and charged us as per their rates

Likes Lunch and dinner was good especially the fish. Very close to the harbour Very close to the beach Volleyball tent available Pool surroundings was ok Sauna Dislikes Breakfast was not good very basic Hotel Guests have to pay for the pool this is bad Pool surroundings not maintained well Not so friendly staff Very old family rooms take the new renovated rooms close to the beach Its a nice place if well maintained
