It was high season (beginning of May) when we visited the hotel so the hotel was full of people which didn’t surprisingly bring any discomfort.
As any Four Seasons it has following strong sides:
- Overall high level of service (except for several points, see below)
- Great location (20 mins to drive to any point of Dubai)
- Nice app with a chat where your problems will be promptly solved
- Good choice of restaurants
- Nice interiors
Besides that, the hotel boasts a great beach, proximity (2 mins walk) of world famous restaurants (NusrEt and Coya; don’t take Nammos into account as it is a very strange place) and very nice bar on the roof.
But what spoiled the impression a bit was awful service at the beach. It is just very strange that Four Seasons has such a problem - you just can’t reach the staff, the buttons for calling the staff don’t work at all, you have to wait 30-45 minutes until the bring the water and towels and many other things. After our several complains to the manager nothing changed.
Besides that, everything is great and worth returning.
