We checked in and we were not happy with the room as the room condition wasn’t good. The front desk (Karim) made everything possible to change the room, I saw him communicating with the hotel team to ensure a corrective action is taken. The hotel was fully booked so it must have been difficult to find a new room but Karim insisted and managed to change the room.
After a couple of hours in a tour outside, we returned back to the hotel and found our new room ready, with a fruit basket as a gift.
I know it was difficult, so we really wanted to thank the front office and Karim for the efforts.
Last but not least, this hotel provides real value for money.
