So firstly whomever will read this for reference, Novotel and Ibis falls under Accor and they basically have one group of people that runs most of the hotels. Overall my stay was meh... I would probably go there again as the price is suitable for me and the location suited my location but it is not the place I will look at next time I book a hotel. I don't like to say it like this but I don't know the names because I don't like to talk to much. One African lady pointed out that I booked a room with two single beds which I didn't want but it was my mistake - however she fixed my mistake in a couple of seconds and moved us to a room with one bed. Very impressed. I was also nervous about the parking because of the spike and one I think Indian guy told me I have not to worry and he walked me there to explain how the spikes work, and that too was brilliant. The room was too small for us so we moved from Ibis to Novotel (same people). The same two colleagues again made the transition very smooth for us. This is kind of where things went wrong. We asked for the bathroom amenities and they pretty much dropped a plastic bag full of it on the couch. Would have been nice and normal had they stacked it in the bathroom and taken the rest back. There was some mold in the bathroom which pretty much shows cleaning is just for the eye. My lady has hair and when ladies shower some of their hair comes out and it blocked the shower and when we come back after being out the entire day sometimes the shower was still blocked. The water wasn't always hot. Sometimes we had to really hop in and out because the water would get cold quickly. We stayed 19 nights so when we moved from Ibis to Novotel there was only wifi in the bathroom. We called them and I.T came - they said they can't fix quickly, maybe in later in the week. They offered for us to change rooms, but we just moved from Ibis and we had many things so we said we will wait a little and you can fix it, the I.T manager said okay and well it was never fixed until we left. One day a housekeeping attendant asked me if they can wait with the cleaning till tomorrow as his shift is finish (omg)..... We decided to leave money on the bed the next day with a letter and a tip, then they cleaned really well. The carpet was sticky, but I didn't report all these things as they are supposed to check the room before they release it to the guests so I wasn't gonna do the managers job for him and inform them about everything, they know already. The tv would also just lose signal, so much that after a few days I could fix it by myself and by myself I fixed it everyday because when I call they come just to do a quick fix. Most of the bed sheets we got had holes in. We had a couple of dirty towels too. One early evening I took my lady down to Arjeel or something where they smoke shisha. We wanted a coffee and they were preparing for the Iftar dinner. When we asked if we can have coffee I maybe Russian like lady explain that this is for the Iftar only but we can have they coffee at least whilst we prepare. She brought the coffee and then after a while came to close the curtain and said: "I will close the curtain so you don't bother us". For real!! They were making noise and we understood their situation and she says that. One day our window was open and all of a sudden there was a person hanging outside cleaning windows. No one told us. We went out and when we came back late night there was a letter saying there is window cleaning. Too late. Overall the staff were kind, except for that lady. They are most likely understaffed or seriously not in the mood to do a good job with cleaning the room and fixing the problems in the room. I really liked the room and the atmosphere, the colleagues just really have to step their game up.

This time we select Novotel Fujairah as our weekend getaway. Received warm welcome from at the entrance and they do follow precautions for current pandemic. Very helpful team members at reception and Argeela coffee shop. Rooms are nice and we did receive a higher floor as requested. One of the nicest swimming pool that I have seen in Emirates. When ever we will be back in Fujairah Novotel will be the place that we spend the night. Feel like home 👍

From a location perspective, it's good On the main entry into the city Ample parking outside Check in are friendly Breakfast buffet is pretty good The main issue is cleanliness Just doesn't look clean Stains on bathroom walls Please give this review a thumbs up

We stayed in Novotel Fujairah between May 11th to 13th, 2021. It was a pleasant stay and the staffs are very good and well supportive. Special thanks to Ms. Barsha for her wonderful support during reservation and at the hotel. We will visit this Hotel when we visit Fujairah next time. Overall we enjoyed the stay and it was quite memorable.

Good hotel the room is clean and all staff of house keeping are caring... Feel like ur home, and near to all market in fujairah. This hotel I can highly recommend to all my friends.. Thank you for all.
