This hotel/apartment shouldn't be part of the Jumeirah Group! I stayed here eight nights, and I wanted to extend for eight more nights! It's day 4 (four) since I made a request. No one seems to care, and the ever-changing gentlemen at the reception are more useless than a church mouse. Who hires such incompetent people in Dubai? This morning I have been promised a call from the sales team (still waiting). However, the one gentleman at the reception called me with a half-baked attempted to give me a room rate for my extension, which is higher than any online booking platform despite having already stayed here for eight nights - Cleary incompetent in customer retention during these COVID-Times
Furthermore, this is advertised as a 5 star - Breakfast is as basic as my grandma's Sunday brunch - Not more than 6 selections, and the presentation are mediocre; however, staff at the restaurant are outstanding. The Apartments are spacious, but some appliances need some TLC. In general, there is so much potential, but staff are going to run this establishment down faster than a derailed train. I wouldn't recommend it even for my worst enemy. Stay away - let me also checkout as quickly as I arrived.
