Just stayed here for a week, and I have to say the reviews about this place are not the reality at all. Those lavish breakfast buffet spreads do not exist. Their excuse- covid. It is pretty much the same breakfast everyday (chicken sausage, gross turkey bacon, porridge, beans, omelette, cut fruit, cold cuts, and repetitive bakery items), so one gets super bored of it very quickly. When we asked waitstaff why the significantly reduced breakfast changes, they claimed covid- I still have no idea what excuse that gives them. The waitstaff were nice and took care of us, shoutout to Ajay and Aneesh. The front desk people never have a smile on their face and always seem irritated when you approach them for assistance. I understand this is a business savvy hotel, but they really should lighten up their demeanors and take a course on customer service and hospitality. The only person at the front desk who was approachable and ready to help us was Kevin. What really led me to this 3 star review was an emergency situation I witnessed. Paramedics came to the front desk with a stretcher and were ignored for more then 5 minutes while a guest was being helped for check in. The front desk staff clearly didn't prioritize the ongoing emergency and only once a paramedic came up asking for directions, did the staff provide assistance- but even then, they only told them to take the elevators, not even taking the time to show them the room where the emergency was reported. I am a physician and seeing this ignorance really shook me to the core. I wouldn't want to stay in a hotel were, God forbid, I had a medical emergency, hotel staff would ignore the emergency personnel there to help me. Management really needs to work on training their staff in this area because what I witnessed was just so wrong legally and ethically. I also didn't like that our room hallways reeked of smoke. One literally chokes up walking to their room. The rooms were big and decent, in need of some tlc with grout having to be redone. I was also annoyed by the daily check to see if you've taken anything from the minibar. In the scorching heat outside, I'd come back in the afternoon to take a nap only to be awakened daily by someone coming to inspect the minibar. This is such an annoyance, figure out a way to monitor the minibar without annoying your guests daily. The only highlight of this place was the housekeeping staff who did a good job daily of cleaning and replenishing. The location of this hotel is also good being on the main road. For some reason there is no sign for the hotel on their building which I found very odd. Overall, I hope this hotel's management retrains their staff in customer service, hospitality, and emergency response.

mendapat surprise ulang tahun ketika menginap di hotel ini... saya mendapat birthday cake, kamar dan bath tub dihias dengan bunga mawar... sangat surprise,,, pelayanannya cukup ramah, lokasinya juga strategis....

The housekeeping are really a big help to me. When I need them to clean the room they will come in no time and do the things I wanted them to do. Specially to Jayna and cindy and Krishna. They always see to it that everything is perfect. They are doing everything that they can to meet my preference. Thanks to all of them. It’s a great hotel to stay.

*Jel* was the face with her elegant and stunning smile which made everyone feel at home,all the guests who came were taken care of in less than 2 min upon arrival,and then *Anand* came with his charming smile and a great welcome conversation without intruding and I ended up going for another drink.*Afser* was excellent too when I asked the bill it was on table in less than a min and the payment went smooth. Am coming back. H bar is the place to be.
