Lovely afternoon tea especially as one of us was vegetarian and lactose intolerant! A few wee hiccups but dealt with very professionally. Staff very friendly, warm and helpfull. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 1 night on 4th December, the hotel is fantastic, our evening meal was faultless along with the breakfast. Location is 1st class, everyone should stay at this great hotel which has a fab view over the bay of Oban. Great stay only negative was 1 night was not long enough

My husband and I spent a two night break here with dinner included. The hotel is just lovely, the staff are all so nice and very professional. The meals and the breakfasts were top class and the view from the conservatory was just so beautiful. The rooms are newly done up, with lovely touches like arran aromatic products in the bathroom, good quality bed linen and biscuits with the tea/coffee making facility. The COVID measures were good, and we felt quite safe. We were lucky to have good weather and enjoyed some long walks with our dog, who was made very welcome too. Parking is limited, but we didn’t have a problem as it wasn’t busy. We will definitely return some time and perhaps stay a bit longer next time.

This was our first trip to Oban and the first experience to date of a Crerar Hotel and it was excellent. The fresh but in-keeping decor is very well done, beautifully clean, lovely roaring fireplaces with stunning views over to the isles, and the rooms were spacious with nice finishes and a very comfy bed! We found every member of staff we encountered to be engaging, and genuinely pleased to be working which you dont find everywhere! The meal in the evening was to die for! Fresh Lobster, King Prawns and the best smoked salmon I've ever tasted - I can't recommend it enough. A lot of emphasis is put on fresh local produce and it certainly comes through. Top Tip = Parking is very limited in all hotels in Oban so be prepared to use public parking for a portion of your stay. Well down Oban Bay & Crerar, and Thank You.

Went to Oban Bay for one of their Spa deals which included spa treatment and afternoon tea. Lovely treatment and the tea was well worth the money. Can’t recommend highly enough. They asked if we had any allergies before hand.
