Very nice and polite staff better than the previous years we would say. We have stayed 9 times this season as the hotel is running smoothly due to the staff and also I have noticed the small improvements such as the new hairdryers and complimentary biscuits. The breakfast is always perfect too. One thing I have to criticise however I'd the labelling of the rooms.. we have stayed in the majority of the rooms over the last 5 years or so and have kept the little cards given at check-in with the keys and when I have paid for as double standard we have been placed in the same rooms previously titled as standard double or double and the price reflects this! So why am I paying more than if I just booked a room for £30+ less? Seems like we have been tricked a little bit in the past and it doesn't seem to sit right with us. So in the future I'm sorry to say We will not be booking any more rooms at the Royal Bath and choosing a more honest equivalent to stay in.

I was amazed. I had booked for a single room, as am by myself now. But the receptionist, upgraded my room, as no single room available. The room was incredible, with beautiful views, huge bed, very comfortable.lovely shower room as well. Truly impressed.

Hotel was warm, cosey, friendly. Room was very spacious and had an unexpected sea view. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely comfortable restaurant and bar areas. Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner was excellent. Lovely food and extremely good value for money - especially as one could visit the buffet table as many times has the stomach would allow. Bournemouth attractions were all just minutes walk away. Only flaw - the car park was council owned next door and up to 24 hours cost £24.20. Aim to revisit after Christmas..

I stayed for 4 nights at the royal bath hotel, i was worried about the reviews, but dont believe all that is said, i had a fantastic stay, i also got upgraded to a massive sea view room with a door to gardens, the receptionist was extremely helpful, the breakfasts were fine, entertainment on a evening. The hotel is under refurbishment at the moment but i walked around and felt it was more than sufficient for the prices they wete asking. Lift to upper floors and spa area was lovely to relax in, the gym equipment is slightly dated but still workable. Id stsy there again and recommend to others.

If you prefer an old school hotel rather than bland modern premier inn, then I don't really have an issue with here. It is a bit dated but the location is perfect, inside better than it looks on the outside. The £5 spa pass is a bargain for 24 hours and thought the spa alone was worth it. This hotel is housing immigrants which might put some people off but I would certainly come back again.
