The people working at this property make it worth the stay. It is adjacent to a Hilton and a Marriott, so I suppose they understand guests have choices. From airport pick-up (you have to call the hotel to schedule their van to collect you from the arrivals area), to check-in, to check-out ... all of the related service personnel were attentive, friendly and professional. Have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised given how much service has degraded in almost every sector of the economy. Aloft is doing a great job and I have to assume their management and training are keeping their team focused. The room was clean and had a good design. Hotel location is isolated if you do not have a car (nothing is within safe walking distance.) Kitchen was closed (no in-hotel dining is available and they inform you of this at Check-in ... noting you can walk to Hilton and eat in that hotel's restaurant and receive a 10% discount if you mention Aloft guest) so I had to use Ubereats for meal delivery to Aloft hotel.
