I just returned from a great trip to Atlantis Resort for a birthday celebration. The rooms are really nice with quality pillows and linens. The on site restaurants were outstanding especially the Atlantis steak house. The hosts that took care of us Menchie and Jesse went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The casino is great and the dealers were really friendly. I highly recommend for families with older kids looking for a great time.

We are 68 & 66 years old who needed to get out of the house. We read about the Atlantis COVID Health and Safety measures that they put into place which was beyond safe and we decided to go to the Atlantis Reno. We just got back from a 4 day/night stay Jan 2021 at the Atlantis. We felt very safe with masks there even with the COVID going around. They took every precaution to make sure all were safe going beyond what was required by the state. Temps were taken before entry every time. Everything was wiped down after use, restaurants were open and our safety was their main concern. The food was excellent and all our needs were meet. There were two employees working the floor at different times that were very attentive to everyone asking if everything is okay and if anyone needed anything. I was very happy to see this especially since their name plates stated that they were Executive Casino Hosts (WOW). We are not big gambler's but Jesse Hughes and Menchie Espiritu made us feel like we were! I can not thank the Atlantis Reno and their team and especially Jesse and Menchie for making this trip feel so good in these not so good times. I encourage all that need a break to take a visit to the Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa Reno...you are SAFE won't be disappointed! WE WILL BE BACK!

Had dinner at Red Bloom, new Asian noodle restaurant within Atlantis Casino. Awesome menu, lots of choices, unique signature cocktails. Our server, Andra, was very helpful, had great suggestions as to what to try. Service was quick and efficient and most of all done with a friendly smile! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful, spacious and very clean rooms. I like that they’re strict with Covid protocols. I have been to other places where they don’t even check people’s temperatures. Our host Carmencita did an outstanding job taking care of all our needs during our stay. She’s very professional and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have the best host. Will definitely be back to lodge and gamble at this casino resort. We just loved every experience there.

Stayed a night on our trip. Excellent bed, ok swimming pool. It seems that in Nevada, if you use union labor you are open with the requirement of getting restaurant reservations. Oddly this means a lot of food is being brought in which degrades the general cleanliness, but the staff is counter acting that.
