Stayed here for two nights with no complaints. Very friendly desk agents and shuttle drivers. Breakfast and evening reception provided at the desk. Great hours for breakfast that fit expanded early hours for the airport. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Nice outdoor pool area. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Check in was quick. Staff is always friendly never had a bad experience at all. I like that it is right of the freeway and their are plenty of stores, fast food places, the mall, and etc. near by. They also offer shuttles to take you any where you need to go with a 3 mile radius. Also can pick and drop you off at the airport. Free wifi with stay and it is fast. Pool is heated they have a good size gym. Buffet style breakfast which is terrific what more can you ask for and the beds are so comfortable.

This location and staff was horrible except housekeeping. The girl Natalia wasn’t friendly at all who wants someone like this representing them. Over talking me when I asked something cutting me off. Where was management at this time. I will be reporting her to Fedex committee. I asked to have my room on the mall side because it’s quiet and she said we are sold out there was nothing she could do but she didn’t even try, and I’m sure everyone was not checked into the hotel at this time. I don’t wish her to assist me anymore.

I thought this was suppose to be a pleasant stay. Unfortunately I did not appreciate Natalie aggressive attitude. She seemed like I was bothering her she was rushing me off very unprofessional. I will never stay at this location again. Me, and my girlfriend will be staying next door hopefully the sweets location is better. The breakfast was great, and I appreciate housekeeping ladies very nice.

Thank you Ms. LeVert for my amazing stay as well as check in service. Your smile and service made my stay more delightful even though I was here for work. Breakfast was amazing hot and fresh. Hotel seemed pretty busy. Thank you to hotel as well.
