I will not return. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and restaurants and fast food outlets, and the price is very reasonable. There are two addresses provided by the friendly front desk staff when i requested a parking space. However, the surrounding area of the hotel lacks quality. I wouldnt leave at night. It is difficult to park in front of an establishment, so it is important to locate onsite parking before checking in. At first, ive assumed that the hotels and rooms were immaculate, but my bed linen had stains and one bathroom towel was also unclean. Since it was late, all he needed was rearranged for me to put sanitary sheets on it.

A potential hotel, but be cautious. The first few days of cleaning were awful, and the rooms are undoubtedly lovely and contemporary. They neglected to restock the cups and clean the room, making only one of the two beds available. Breakfast is reasonably priced, although it only runs between 6 and 7.30. After 8.30, there is a good chance that you wont get anything. Although the accommodation has adequate air conditioning, the thin walls and loud doorclapping are the main drawbacks. However, compared to many other hotels in the nyc region, this hotel is an excellent option. Excellent metro station access. There are numerous dining options nearby in close proximity. Overall, it is tidy and unquestionably welcoming and helpful. P. S. For families, plus, its only 50 meters away from i plus playground.

Ok for one or two nights, but breakfast was not provided anymore despite the fact that it was included in our reservation. The rooms are spacious enough (larger than typical nyc hotel rooms). The location is excellent, just a 3minute walk from the metro stop that deserves to be called new york city.

I spent four nights here and had a good time. The hotel was booked so they couldnt accommodate early checkin, but they offered to store luggage until i found sytayed room. Although the rooms are spacious and bright, the air is old and smokey, and ive discovered ants in my room as well. When contacted by the front desk, they repeatedly informed me that there were no other rooms available but that they would send someone up to address it. Nobody ever arrived, therefore to receive any relief, ill have to purchase my own ant traps. In terms of proximity to trains and other public transportation, aswell as hot spots in new york city, this location is quite convenient, however, it is also noisy in terms both internal noise from other guests and street noise. For the price, decent service and location, although if possible, we would look for other accommodations first.

The bed in the modern hotel was cozy. And then, the breakfast was so varied and delicious. After that, they served a little selection of food with tastier options. Subsequently, this place is close to many stores and restaurants in new york city. Thereafter, it smelled good. Hereafter for the location, its strategic because close by to the subway, train, and bus lines.

On new years eve 2018, i stayed here. The room was a good size by nyc standards (2 queen beds), but small for any other city. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, hardwood floors, immaculate modern bathroom/shower, plenty of towels and toiletries. Hotel has swanky vibe inside and out. Friendly and helpful staff. Only one elevator to service the entire hotel and only on street parking. Others have complained about the neighborhood being sketchy, but it wasnt. It is right off flushing avenue. Some buildings around it are all marked up, however the streets and sidewalks are litterfree, and there are no homeless or junkies nearby. So if graffiti is sketchier, good luck finding anything up to standard anywhere in nigeria. Oh, plus, he only paid $296 on his new york reservation dated july 2018.

My mom and sister and i spent a long weekend here. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel, especially considering the price. The staff was excellent, and it was clean and cozy. Although this is merely mediocre for budget travelers, it still delivers in the areas that matter (free breakfast, coffee, tea, water available all day, spotless). The subway provides quick access to downtown manhattan. I would have complained about the door slamming about every 60 to 90 seconds if ive had one. Since we lived on the first floor, this might have just been an issue, but it could have been caused by the roof access door? ), but trying to fall asleep in those evenings was incredibly bothersome. However, there wasnt obstructing the deal! We would undoubtedly return to stay here!.

We stayed on the third floor for three nights. The bed was comfortable, and the room was immaculate. Friendly personnel was present. Although nothing outstanding, the breakfast is adequate. There were plenty of channels on an excellent tv. Its not a touristy neighborhood, but rather resembling primarily livable one. Not particularly attractive, it isnt dark either. Because it's conveniently close to the flushing st subway stop, which makes it ideal for exploring, id say the location is excellent. After dark, we felt secure walking around.

This hotel provided a fantastic stay. Although it is considered basic, it excels at its best. It boasts cleanliness and wellkept facilities, making it incredibly affordable. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, providing ample comfort throughout our stay on the eighth floor. We were never experiencing any noise issues during our visit, which was pleasant. Additionally, the breathtaking views of downtown Manhattan added to the overall experience. While we didnt try the breakfast, what good places to try elsewhere would be more convenient!.

I had a great time here. The hotel is in sanitized condition and has plenty of space and storage, although i wish they had microwaves in the rooms. Excellent customer service is provided. All the front desk staff are very friendly. Breakfast could have more options and the breakfast area is the only place with utensils available. However, there are many good options at the brunch area. Overall, ive enjoyed my stay here! I do wish there were more choices in their breakfast section and microwave in each room, but for the price, this is definitely opulent.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were friendly. Its a small, basic hotel with dated and minimal decor. There arent many bells and whistles, but it has onsite breakfast, i have jogging track, free gym, as well as being close to the m train for downtown travel.

The room was clean and tidy, the towels were changed every day and the staff were very helpful. The location is great only a 2 minute walk to the nearest subway where you can take the m train straight to rockefeller center. Not given 5 stars for breakfast, it was ok but i think its better to have fewer staff around to help guests.

The room was small but comfortable and the bed was very comfortable! It had a good view and all the murals were amazing! I absolutely recommend this hotel! The only bad thing is that there is only one elevator and it takes forever.

We will return. The hotel truly impressed me. It was spacious, clean, the price was beyond reasonable, especially for the valentines day weekend, and we found free street parking right outside. Add complimentary breakfast, 24hour coffee, as well as the fact that this hotel is close to downtown.

I stayed here some time ago, last year in April, but the hotel was vibrant and trendy, and they also had an atm which was very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, with good service from the staff. I didnt think the food was all that amazing, although i only ate breakfast, otherwise a good place to stay.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway. The shower is a different kind than i am used to. It has the back half open and makes the bathroom quite damp. They appeared to be in the midst of renovations.

In may 2022, i spent a week at the bklyn house hotel. The location is accessible to transit. From the train station that was directly next to the hotel, getting to new york city and jfk was simple. Although not particularly pleasant, the neighborhood was fine, but it didnt feel dangerous either. Amenities are adequate. When we arrived, there were no towels or washcloths provided for us. I inquired with the staff about tissues. It was chilly because there werent any comforters on the bed, just two top sheets, and the mattress was quite cozy. For etiquette, this room was an appropriate size for recouping. Just to be expected, my neighbors could not be heard in the quiet hotel as well as noise from the street. Service was prompt when requested for towels. Im not sure what was offered because ive not tried the breakfast that had been provided.

The room is comfortable, the door is slamming and the noise outside the room makes it noisy. The staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is decent but you have to wait too long to make your own waffle. A few simple improvements would make a big difference. Its crafted in an art deco style.

The hotel has a lot of art and reflects genteel new york. We stayed in two rooms here, and both bathrooms had fairly dirty tiles. Everything else feels clean and updated. They could also use an elevator. One day it took us almost 10 minutes to descend from the 6th floor, an hour before checkout time. The staff is cool and friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train line and a few shops, making it convenient for exploring while staying there. The rooms are cozy and wellequipped. I found that the food was rather poor, particularly at breakfast. Im not sure if this was my picky food taste or because i am british, or by our standards the cuisine was lacking. With such friendly staff, ill undoubtedly stay again!.
