The positive things are the clean and serene atmosphere, the convenience, and the simplicity of the motel room. The bad things are the extremely outdated facilities and the staff seems sacked in the tourism industry. Upgraded room is not worth the money. We will have new owners in the future. It could be a mine if they invest in the facilities grounds, rooms, front desk, staff, signage, etc., I'm sure.
