CLARION INN East Kingman

We booked online after finding this "pet" friendly hotel. Lady called us just as we were driving into parking lot. We were told they only take dogs. No cats allowed. We asked how we get a refund as the online registration said no refunds. Lady said she didn't know, and then basically hung up as we asked questions. The lady was very rude through out the conversation. Moving is stressful, moving with a pet is even more stressful, moving during Covid19 is extremely stressful. The compassion and understand from this lady was nil. I would NEVER recommend this location. - We will deal with Choice on getting our refund. PLEASE AVOID STAYING AT THIS RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS HOTEL.

This place is a dump even tho they did a remodel it’s not kept clean. Our Housekeeper Tammi C. told us she only has 20 mins to clean the room and has to cut corners where she can in every room. Top blankets are never washed only if they have a stain on them. Disgusting!! This is how their manager work lol great job on setting the example!👍🏻

The only downside is the parking lot configuration. I’ve stayed here twice, and I forgot they have two different lots. The room was perfect and clean. The breakfast was normal. The staff are awesome. Thank you.

Room was clean, AC/heater worked well. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical, OK but nothing special. There was a bit of highway noise and I could hear the trains but my wife could not hear them. We would probably go back. Two negatives: tub drained very slowly during a shower. I left my favorite pillow which I usually travel with and they had tossed it by the time I called in late afternoon.

We were allowed to check in at noon and hot our pet friendly room. The room was very clean. The staff super. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was above the standard waffles and eggs. Quaker oatmeal cups were a nice addition. Even had a csppschino machine with several options. We would stay here snytime.
