This hotel is cool and I guess what impressed me is the fact that they had the hotel rooms written in braille letters for the visually impaired. I also know the hotel is suitable for persons who use wheel chairs as I saw a couple with the gentleman in a wheel chair.
The staff were very courteous; the hotel, neat; breakfast was nice. The hotel grounds are beautiful with an external sitting area. The hotel is also located near shops, a cinema and restaurants. There are also ATMs in the area should you need to use one. Walking around the pond near the hotel was a beauty during the holiday season - ducks in the pond; beautifully lit Christmas tree and shops.
The rooms are very comf; with tea facility and an ottoman as part of the furniture. It was my preferred hotel in the area when compared to another hotel i stayed in during the holidays as well (Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Centre) which is just a few buildings away from The Courtyard Gaithersburg.
The other hotel in the area - that is the Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Centre was not bad as well; decent and gave access to the same facilities in the same Washingtonian area.
