Eight of us decided to make this weekend of remembrance because we were attending a family wedding. The four rooms we had were all newly renovated and genuinely comfy. Ken and Linda were quite kind and offered a variety of suggestions for things to do in the region. But some of us simply chose to hang around at the house. One morning, our nearby sisters and brotherinlaws were able to join us for breakfast. We almost skipped lunch because the breakfasts were all excellent and so plentiful. The food prepared in the afternoon appeared fantastic, but we werent always close to take advantage of it. The upstairs gathering area was ideal for late-night drinks and conversation. Was just what we needed for our threeday reunion. By the way, our second stay.

Highly recommend! We stayed in 2 of the beautiful rooms in this warm, immaculate and perfect inn. The breakfast was delicious and the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper made sure no detail was left unturned. There is a beautiful front porch and a backdoor dining area. Every traveler will be welcomed with a fire pit and a zen garden.

What a lovely i! linda and ken welcomed us right away as soon as we arrived. As we walked through the house, they gave us a brief background. On their multilevel zen garden, we enjoyed an afternoon snack and refreshment. There is a short path that leads right into town, where we had dinner. We enjoyed wine and a movie in a comfortable couch on the grd level of the house. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh squeezed juice, coffee, and tea, and several courses to enjoy. Ken and linda provided details about each of the dishes and who all of the ingredients came from. It was such a special and enjoyable experience. You can really feel the thought and effort they put into each and every aspect of their I. Can't wait to go back.

The innkeepers were very knowledgeable and helpful! When we arrived, we had a fascinating tour. Historical information regarding the Washington area! The rooms were extremely pleasant, beautifully decorated, and had some modern conveniences. The rooms and the entire inn were extremely clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoy the parlor's wine and lemon cake. Sadly, it was way too hot to sit in the lovely courtyard. The breakfast was excellent, and we were very aware of our group's food allergies. The following time, I hope to remain longer than one night! I can't wait to go back and explore the area! Roseanne I westbury, NY.

We stayed in Danskammer for three days with four relatives and spouses. We had a family wedding nearby. The inn is a charming five-bedroom home in Marlboro, New York, that is part of the beautiful Hudson Valley. The innkeepers, linda and ken, are a very friendly, enthusiastic couple who are extremely knowledgeable about the hudson valley and more than happy to chat with you about the many tourist attractions in the area. Every evening, our family gathered there late into the night. All the rooms were completely renovated in 2017, with all modern amenities, as well as a lovely communal room on the ground floor. They have outdoor table and chairs where you can relax at any time of the day. Breakfast was made and prepared each morning by linda and ken. It was excellent. Every morning, we had a different breakfast. Coffee was first, followed by a selection of five distinct fresh juices. Next was a combination of fresh fruit, which was different each day. That was followed by a full breakfast, which was also different each day. All were made of local ingredients and delicious. Each afternoon, tea was served as a midday snack. The combination of a lovely setting, delicious cuisine, and warm and friendly hosts made for a lovely weekend. Without a doubt, two thumbs up to linda and ken for making
