I would say this lodging is poorly kept up. There's no room cleaning even as the staff don't wear masks. The exterior area is filthy. I think they let the wind gusts clean it up. Room furnishings were old style. Carpet dirty. Sheets stained. Buy some new ones on Black Friday. So what do you expect with no room service?

Just an ordinary motel away from the lake, but on the busy east-west commercial artery. You can actually watch the sunset from the parking area. And even walk to the supermarket as well as to several eateries. London Bridge is 3 streets west. But as for the motel's service, I wasn't very pleased. Housekeeping was spotty. Trash was emptied but that was about it. Air/heat didn't blow too well. Parking area and walkways were trashed. Kids played in the parking area until mid evening. And the grab and go breakfast was underwhelming. Even the 24/7 lobby coffee went empty. I know the price here may be less costly than the lodgings with a lake view but, in this case, you get what you pay for.

The room was clean, soft pillows and comfortable bed on a decent location. It was on a busy weekend and all hotels were booked. I feel like the price was too high but with no reservations, I can't complain.

Very close to the bridge about 10 min walking slowly. A lot of stores and restaurants right next to it. Grocery market next door. Great customer service at front desk-kudos-. Boat parking. To go bags for breakfast. All rooms have a sit down area in your front door that is very convenient for chilling with your love or friends. Beautiful Pergolas with chairs. Pool, jacuzzi area with charcoal bbq for customers. Pool has a disable lift. Second floors from 209 and down have a lake and beautiful sunset views. Rooms are like havasu area, do not expect a supper fancy room. Rooms have all you need for your stay. Refrigerator, microwave, comfy beds, coffee maker, flat TV with HBO, towels are change daily. Due to covid they don’t clean your room until departure. I wish they remove the carpet, room will be nicer inside. Management is very involved and always walking around facility welcoming customers.

I don't even know where to start . Bed sheets were stained ... the room smelled like dog piss and mold .. tile grout in the bathtub was black. Towels were stained .. overall the smell was atrocious, felt moldy and muggy . Boogers on the wall.... they need to close down and get new furniture, sheets renovate, bomb the rooms .. unsanitary especially during covid.
