If I could give 10 stars, I would! We travel around the country for business and for our prison ministry so we know hotels! We have been staying here since February for business.
Besides the stunning decor it's the staff that is even more remarkable! I've been wanting to introduce myself to the General Manager, Peter Donnelly, to congratulate him on his exceptional hiring. We have never been to a hotel where the ENTIRE STAFF (management, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and engineering) is professional, courteous, efficient and goes the extra mile no matter what you need!
The rooms are beautiful, the fitness room is large, clean, the food is very good from the kitchen and now you can dine downstairs!
I want to give a special shout out to Alrusha, Elba, Genesis, Susana and Timothy, that have gone more than the extra mile! I put it in alphabetical order so no one feels slighted! 😉 These are some of the best management and employees I've had the pleasure of meeting! Last week my husband threw his back out and was stuck in our hotel room for over a week, unable to go home or work. They did everything in their power to help us and provide us with everything we need to make him more comfortable!
DoubleTree headquarters should hire general manager Peter Donnelly to train other general managers on their hiring practices! It's no wonder that they won this prestigious award for excellent service above all other hotels!!
