The rooms are clean and a good size. You can walk to Universal. The pool is fine. I used to like this property more pre-COVID due to the on site breakfast buffet. But honestly, with no cleaning service, no buffet, I wouldn't pay full price again. Once things are back fully, I'd assume it'd be a great place again. But right now it's not worth the money unless you get a discount. You're better off at the official Universal hotels.
It's not the staff's fault, I'm sure there's employee shortages. But Hilton, the company, needs to either get going on finding people OR discount these properties. You're getting less and paying normal prices. That's not great.
